significant improvement over the BPM connect
This was more expensive than my previous Withings armband, but it’s a lot more accurate. I had gotten used to subtracting 15/10 from the systolic/diastolic as measured by the Withings BPM Connect. This one came out of the box perfectly in line with what my doctors measure. It’s easy to use, easy to read, and it integrated automatically into the Withings app and website that I was already using. I also like the ability to do three readings in series and report the average.

Great Upgrade from previous device, but squeezes too hard
I feel a bit odd because I don’t love how this review is going.I own a few Withings products including their older BPM Vision (Wireless Cuff), Scale and Watch, yet I always have a weird hate for their products. I think this BPM cuff finally is changing that a bit.It took me a few weeks to fully understand my BPM Vision when I first got it, readings were all over the place, always too high or too low until I realized the arm position is extremely important for a device like that, a bit unlike the hospital calibrated ones that do well under different circumstances. This cuff however, it got it right straight out of the box and in a regular more relaxed arm position. It’s very easy to use, EXTREMELY quiet, to the point of where I couldn’t hear it go off and had to wait until I felt it squeezing my arm, and I honestly think the display is amazing and a lot easier to read. The device works quickly, it’s a simple press of a button and you’re on your way. It allows you to use a guest setting to not save someone’s random BP onto your Withings app profile which is amazing for me and my GF. I personally think the BP readings are fairly accurate, I still feel like Withings is always off by 3-5 mmHg, but, when compared to the BPM Vision, the results were nearly identical, with this one having a more consistent set of results. My one big complaint about this device, which was the same as the BPM Vision, is that their BP Cuffs squeeze WAYY too hard for what they need. Other more trusted medical devices, including ones used in Hospitals (I work in one), get the job done without leaving lovely marks on your arm or making your fingers fall asleep. I’m used to this type of squeeze from using the wireless Cuff on a daily basis as part of a different product analysis, but I think for someone new it would be too much.My GF was complaining and tearing up from the first 2 BP runs she did, but she’s thankful that we have this in the home.

Everything I’ve Come to Expect from Withings
I already own several Withings devices: the scale, the thermometer, the BPM Connect blood pressure cuff, and the sleep monitor. Iâve come to expect a certain level of quality, longevity, and accuracy from them. The BPM Vision lives up to that standard.Setup was a breeze. It connects over both WiFi and Bluetooth, and once paired, readings sync automatically to the Withings app and Apple Health without any extra effort. That means I donât have to jot things down or manually enter anything. The app lets me track trends over time, generate reports, and even share results directly with my doctor. In fact, my doctor has previously tested my other Withings cuff against his manual/mercury reader to verify its accuracy, and gave it a thumbs up. That gave me the confidence to rely on it at home, and I trust this newer model will hold up just as well. The cuff inflates quietly, the large screen is easy to read, and the rechargeable battery plus included travel case make it very portable.Itâs a bit of a splurge compared to a basic blood pressure monitor. But for me, the centralized data, seamless syncing, and peace of mind are worth it. If youâre already in the Withings ecosystem or want a polished, medical-grade tool that fits into a digital health routine, this is a great choice.

Pressure under pressure
I’ll be honest: I was intrigued as to why this BP reader was priced at a premium that was 2, even 3, times higher than most of the others I’ve used. So I decided to find outHere’s what it offers (not ALL, but the high points) that the others don’tIt’s hooked up to an app so you can get readings on-line/phone/etc. and don’t have to enter them on a chart: It has a rechargeable power source saving a lot of tedious battery replacement: It has GREAT graphics: It comes in a convenient and SOLID xarry case for transport or storageBeyond that, it works pretty much like any other BP monitor giving you systoliic/Diastolic/etc. info by using electronc versions of equipment that’s been around for centuriesIf you, like many others I know (okay! “maybe” even me) Like bells whistles and”showtime” on you decices, this is for you. If, on the other hand, all you really want is your basic info, you really can save a nice piece of change

Clean design, accurate, and super easy to use
This is hands down the easiest and most user-friendly blood pressure monitor Iâve used. Setup was quick, instructions are right on the device, and I had it paired with the Withings app in minutes. I chose to connect it via Wi-Fi (it also has Bluetooth), and thatâs been super convenientâno need to have my phone nearby every time I use it. Just make sure youâre on a 2.4GHz network when setting it up.Readings are fast and highly accurateâclinically validated, too. As a trainer, I really appreciate how reliable it is and how easy it is to keep tabs on my numbers. You can also share results with your provider if needed, which is a nice bonus. The screen is bright, clear, and gives instant color-coded feedback based on official guidelines. Build quality is solid, the cuff fits comfortably, and the case it comes with doubles as a standânice touch. USB-C charging and a long battery life round it out.Highly recommend it for anyone serious about their health or looking for a smart, stress-free way to monitor blood pressure at home.
