Results at half dose
To start, let me state that I have struggled with menstrual issues for years. I have been plagued with heavy and irregular blood flow as well as intense cramps. Aside from that, I also often dealt with what I call ghost cramps for several days before my period actually started. These cramps are not debilitating but create a nagging sense of discomfort that would keep me anxiously aware of what was to come.When I read the reviews on this product I was a bit skeptical but eager. I ordered only one bottle though I knew that most natural products take at least 30 days to start showing results, and the product states there are only 30 servings. In other words, I was giving the product the bare minimum it needed for me to test it. I had, however, read from the reviews that some customers gained benefits from only half servings. This consideration made me feel it was worth the possibility of failure. I started with half doses.My first period while taking this product came with the amount of ghost cramps I have come to recognize as my minimum. My premenstrual breast tenderness was less intense than normal and was of shorter duration. As for bleeding, it almost seemed like a reasonable volume. Altered moods and anxiety levels before and during my period were more moderated.The next month there were still benefits, but they were less pronounced. I would venture that the reason for this could very well have been the fact that I was not able to take my dose consistently.I bought another bottle to test the full dose. I have never been good at taking supplements with consistency, but I took the full dose more often than not. The result actually came off as overcompensation.I still had my normal tenderness and my minimum ghost cramps. My first two days of flow was on the heavy side of my normal, which means I went through more containment methods than usual. After those two days, however, my flow reduced to light then to nearly non-existent and I still had four days left. In the end, I wound up with several hours of no blood followed by spotting two days after my period should have ended.This difference in results makes me wonder if the dosage is not one size fits all. I might do some more testing between the two dosages, but I am generally satisfied with the half dose. When I hear someone mention menstrual issues, I ask them if they have tried this product. That is how satisfied I am.

So Important for PCOS symptoms
Hey yall, just wanted to leave this review for others who might be on the fence with this product. I have been taking it for 3 weeks consistently and have noticed changes in my mood, my energy, and my overall health! This supplement, along with intermittent fasting for 16hrs a day and a total 180° in my eating habits has no only allowed me to drop 20 pounds in a short period of time, but I just feel GOOD. I had my last period from the 5th to the 10th of July, and I started taking this on July 13th. No, I am not pregnant (yet!ð¤) but this supplement has regulated my cycles and for the first time is YEARS I ovulated ð I have 1 daughter who is 9 and we have been trying to have a 2nd since she was 2. Now some people may think this is TMI but I want to be real so other women in my situation don’t feel alone and helpless. Her bio father isn’t in the picture, but she has a dad who has raised her since she was 1.5yrs old. Now I always thought it was his fault we haven’t had any more because I already had a kid when we met, so its not me, right? Not the case.. we suffered 2 miscarriages early on (around the first 2 years of our relationship) and haven’t had a positive test since… I have never been formally diagnosed with PCOS, but after BEGGING the ER nurse for an ultrasound and to not just shoo me away with an 800mg ibuprofen script, I saw what I knew to be true all along. MULTIPLE (probably in the high teens to 20’s) cysts on my ovaries. Ever since I was 12-13 when I got my first cycle, my periods have NEVER been regular. I’ll either bleed for 27 days straight or not at all for 6 months. Since taking control of my health and taking these supplements, I have noticed nothing but positive changes!! I am currently on my period now (1st day of my cycle, 8/5/22) and I can already tell the difference; the pain is usually excruciating and the bleeding nothing short of heavy, ans this is literally the most smooth period I’ve ever had ð I’m still cramping, but not to where I can’t get out of bed or do any daily tasks. It’s literally a light twinge that goes away after a few minutes. I’m hoping after this cycle we get good news ð¤ if not, I’m still going to continue using this supplement because it works wonders for my PCOS and next we will try using male Fertility supplements to promote motility in the sperm ð I hope this gives some hope and courage to those that are trying so hard to not only grow their family but change the way PCOS effects all of us!! I have PCOS and this was recommended to me as I was not too keen on the bc method. My period was extremely irregular and I had missed it for a few months before I took this supplement. However my period came exactly a month from when I first started taking these supplements and has been regular since (I am on my third month of taking it). I noticed an improvement on my hirsutism as well. With the excess hair growth coming in slower and less aggressive. Definitely worth a shot if you have PCOS!

So iv been taking this for about 20 days, 4 a day. I hadn’t had my period in over 8 months due to PCOS but just yesterday I finally got it! Weird thing for me to be happy about but im ecstatic that it works! I tried maca root and no luck, but this stuff is the real deal. Im so glad I tried it.
