Amazing!!!
Wonderful product! I owe my light and easy CODIV. I mega dosed on it when I had COVID so it really was effective. I am someone who gets very severe colds and flu but this product made a huge difference. I also love the vegan capsules, I can open them and take tiny amounts to add to my pet rats’ food to boost their immunity too.

An organic & raw form of D3
I have been taking this product for over a year now. I like the fact that it is both raw & organic and I know Vit. D3 especially in higher doses is very important for a strong immune system. Overall, I have taken Vit D3 for many years and later switched to this brand and 5,000 IUs. Since I also get some additional in my Dr. Wallach’s Multiple Vitamin & Mineral Supplement, I believe it is quite a protectant. Other than one bad cold I got from being up all night in an emergency waiting room full of sick people, including my mom, I had not been ill previously in years. I don’t remember the last time I had the flu. Cold symptoms only a couple of times & normally I kick them with additional Vit. C, Zinc, Garlic & gargle w/ACV & water..

Good product
I had been looking for a vitamin D that works for me, because all the brands that I have tried give me pain in my joints especially arms, shoulders and thighs. This one didnât caused me any pain. I think is an ingredient in the other ones that was causing me pain problems. This one seems more natural and havenât had any problem up to now.

I love this product, but the last couple of times I have ordered, they switched me from 1000 IU to 5000 IU depending on whether I ordered 60 or 90. I take two capsules a day and didn’t catch the mistake I made. I have been taking 10,000 IU instead of 2000 IU. My D levels should be sky high.

I take the D3 to help with my depression.I hadnât been, a friend suggested starting it up again. I had taken this product in the past. I am grateful it is a capsule of powder rather than an oil. I find it very effective. It has helped.We all need a little help now & then.

Great to see a vegan D3 available for those of us who can;t get D3 naturally from being out in the sun enough :)I was a bit skeptical about the whole idea of supplementing D3 to begin with but after trying this for a few weeks my wife commented about how she felt like her nails were stronger and healthier (nails?… certainly wasn’t the reason for purchasing them but ok lol), after she ran out for a couple of weeks and forgot to tell me she needed more she eventually told me her nails were breaking/chipping again and asked me to reorder them, since reordering these D3 supplements her nails are stronger again and no more chjps/breaks. The fact that the supplements can be working on her nails so effectively have me believing they have to be doing something for her health, calcium absorption and healthy bones.Made a believer, and repeat customer, out of me anyways 🙂

Very potent! I was taking 8 a day for over a year. I got my blood results from the doctor and he said my levels were âat superhuman levelsâ. So I dropped the dosage to half that.I used to suffer from depression and low vitamin D was the culprit.I didnât want to take conventional vitamin D pills because they are made from the sweat of sheep that is trapped in their wool. I wish I were kidding!So these vegan ones are a better source, and I have blood tests they prove they work.
