Nice waterproof medical kit, supply your own materials!
I have a bunch of Band-Aids and cardboard boxes, and as you can imagine, they just open up and go everywhere. This is a really nice case that helps me organize all those loose things, such as Band-Aids, gauze, scissors, and creams, and I was able to put them in here, keep them all waterproof, and immediately identifiable with that fantastic bright red color. I think this is going straight into our cabinet, and it should clean things up and make it much more available for us to use.I think this would also work well in a car, since it’s nice and compact and can travel with you. It’s large enough to hold a lot, but not too large to fit in a car.Very nice product and great quality and value!

Decent Enough Storage, Little Bit Cheap-looking, But Effective
This is not really an attractive or confidence-inspiring bag, but I just needed something to throw some IFAK bits and pieces together in that would otherwise be drifting around underneath the seat in my car. Priced a little higher than I would have liked – outer shell is 100% poly, kind of cheap and thin, but the zipper makes a good seal and should keep spills and maybe some inclement humidity or rainfall at bay. I would be careful about putting too much stuff on top of it because the shell is fairly thin and feels like (especially at the edge of the window) it could separate if you crushed it. Interior does a decent job of keeping everything in order you might need for a pretty capable first-aid set. It’s a little large for use on e.g. a motorcycle but great for a car or office or the like. Definitely an attention-grabbing color for that purpose, you won’t miss it among your other items if you can see any part of it.

Great bag to build your own portable first aid kit
This Waterproof Empty First Aid Bag with a Detachable Panel, Small Medical Bag with Molle System, Red (Bag Only) is quite good. There is lots of space inside to build a comprehensive first aid kit, but it’s not just open space, it also has organization to keep things where you expect them so you can quickly find what you need without a whole lot of digging. The waterproof material is good and feels sturdy. I appreciate the clear window to have a quick view inside the main portion. The velcro attachment system works well with the molle system on my backpack. I also appreciate that the velcro is strong enough not to fall off, but, it still can be essentially ripped off the bag if you really need to access things quickly and don’t want to mess with straps. The zipper works fine for now, but feels a bit low quality. I’m pretty sure this will be the point of failure for the bag over time. I’ll update if that happens far sooner than I’d except and adjust the rating accordingly, but for now, I am comfortable giving this a five stars. The zipper works, but feels a bit cheap.

Waterproof first aid bag with clear pouches and durable build. Everything is super easy to find.
I got this waterproof first aid bag to add to my collection of similar-sized bags. A few of my other bags are water-resistant, but most arenât, so I wanted a fully waterproof one. This is perfect for boating, lake trips, or camping in wet conditions, like when rain soaked everything not in waterproof bags. Its layout is the best of all my bagsâit opens like a book, with see-through pouches that make finding items easy, nothing hidden. The material feels durable, the zipper works smoothly, and the stitching looks neat, giving it a quality feel. My only issue is the back straps use Velcro instead of snaps, which would be better for attaching to a larger bag with MOLLE webbing. Velcro is okay but not as secure as snaps. Still, this bag works well and offers excellent value for its waterproof design and organization.

Compact and Well Designed
This waterproof first aid bag feels rugged and thoughtfully designed. The detachable panel allows me to organize essentials efficiently and the MOLLE system makes attachment to gear easy. I like that itâs compact enough to carry around but still holds everything I need. So far, very pleased with its functionality.

A wise choice for your first aid supplies
This is a high quality first aid kit bag. Itâs got a neoprene type of feel, itâs water proof. Itâs large and perfect for a home kit, car kit, or for a boat. Thereâs enough spaces for organizing your supplies, and theyâre see through so anyone can see what theyâd grabbing. Perfect for my trauma kit and a boo boo kit.

Good first aid bag
This is a good quality bag to make your own first-aid kit. It’s pretty large and waterproof. It would work well for in the car or at home. I like all of the dividers and pockets to help keep everything organized.
