It Works for Leg Cramps
A friend recommended this and so glad they did! I was having severe leg spasms along with varicose veins that’d me awake at night and legs feeling very heavy during the day. The first night I used this, I slept all the way through no spasms and the heaviness went away after a couple of days using this. I now only use this once a week since all the other symptoms have subsided. Very expensive for the amount you get. I have been using this for some time now and have started on my 2nd bottle and would repurchase if need be.

Best essential oil for multiple areas of body
Helichrysum is a great essential oil. I get it to help with bruising on my thinning skin.. mostly back of hands and forearms. I bruise so easy in my senior yrs! Not happy about bruising but it beats the alternative! When applying any essential oil to body/face, apply on slightly damp skin, for best absorption.

One week later!!!!
Very strong aroma. I burned my face and had it covered and put on antibiotic ointment. Nothing was really healing it. Started using this on my burn twice a day, it started healing!! Now itâs almost gone. One week!!
