Better than expected
Iâm a terrible sleeper and have relied on âPMâ meds for a long time. My naturopath recommended this brand and shockingly it works better than anything else I have tried. I wake up rejuvenated and rested.

Restful Sleep
My doctor suggested this sleep aide to me because I am in the throws of menopause and I was waking up every night, sometimes several times, and I would feel very unrestful and would toss and turn to go back to sleep. I just was not getting a full, rested night of sleep. I’m huge on using natural products like the essential oils in this product (for example, I don’t use hormone treatment — I take maca supplements). So I researched this stuff and decided to go for it. I started with 1 pill and it helped. My magic number is now 2. I like that I don’t feel groggy, I feel rested. I have occasionally woken up but I fall right back to sleep — I’m not tossing and turning every night. So happy that my doctor suggested this to me.

Slept through night but felt bad next day
I usually wake up around 3AM, stay awake for a couple hours then go back to sleep. This product allowed me to sleep through the night …..BUT when I awoke in the morning I felt out of sorts. I felt like I had a hangover with body aches and a great deal of anxiety and angst. I very sensitive to some ingredients in supplements and this one does not agree with me obviously. I took one last night and returned the bottle today.

Good product
My dr prescribed me ambien for my recent trouble sleeping. I hated the way I felt when I took them and after reading what it actually does to your system, I stopped them immediately. A client told me about Vital and gave me one capsule to try. I eventually fell asleep, only woke once and had no grogginess in the morning. I purchased a bottle and my husband and I have both used this product with the sane results- restful sleep with no morning side effects.

It was recommended to me. I was skeptical. I have had insomnia for years. I have Tried everything in the book. Acupuncture, teas, drops, melatonin, whiskey (not recommended). I do have a prescription, but this product works. Itâs not cheep, but I use it as a supplement to medicine. I fall asleep sooner. I take two capsules before bedtime. I recommend to check with your physician if you are under care. I like it because it is all natural.

FABULOUS!
I have PTSD and have nightmares and vivid dreams 99% of the time… I took this sleep aid nightly for a week and felt a lot of relief, even though I still had dreams I was not waking up with my heart racing, hyperventilating and feeling as though I was dying. I stopped taking it (forgot) and the nightmares came back… so took it again and slept well again… so I guess I am convinced it wasn’t a coincidence. I wasn’t groggy in the morning and felt better rested… I would highly recommend this.
