Best Fish Oil you can buy. Many people complain about the after taste of taking Fish Oil tablets. This brand does not have an after taste. No burping up a fishy taste. Here is a secret. An MRI in 2014 revealed that I have six different things wrong with my back. I was told by two surgeons to never let anyone do surgery on my back because any attempt to fix one problem would only make the others worse. Medicare was billed $27,000 that year as several different specialists and pain management doctors did their best to alleviate my extreme pain. Nothing worked. Then I talked to two people in their 80’s, who both told me that the secret to curing my back pain, was taking Fish Oil Tablets and Glucosamine Sulfate. I had absolutely no faith in such a “cure,” but I had tried everything else. It took 3 months of taking these supplements to begin noticing a difference. End result — I have gone 8 years without ONE DAY of back pain. I have shared this with others, who have had the same results.

I have been taking this supplement for a few years on the advice of my physician. I was taking a lot of different supplements, so until I went off of all of them for some blood tests, I wasn’t sure how much it was doing for me. I didn’t add them all back at once because I wanted to find out what my body needed the most. My joints were hurting all over so I decided to add this back first. I had previously purchased fish oil supplements at a local drugstore & had to throw them out because the taste & odor of fish was disgusting. These have no fishy taste or odor whatsoever & I will be ordering them again.

No complaints but haven’t seen the health benefits others have
I bought this Ultra Pure fish oil after hearing of the health benefits, and the difference between this and store-bought kind. This brand got good reviews so I chose it. I haven’t noticed any improvement in back pain or blood pressure, and cholesterol hasn’t been checked since I started taking this a little over a month ago. I’m taking 2 in the AM + 2 in the PM. That’s within the recommended dosage, but maybe it’s not enough. Anyway, as a product, there is hardly any fish scent or taste to these pills. No complaints in that department. I guess time will tell if I see the same benefits as others.

Great way to reduce inflammation
I’ve been taking two of these a day (one at breakfast, one with dinner) for over a year on the advice of a naturopathic doctor. I also follow a diet extremely rich in omega 3’s, including oil supplements of borage oil Pure Encapsulations Flax/Borage Oil 250 Sg and flax oil Barlean’s Organic Oils High Lignan Flax Oil, 250 Count. I avoid all land animal meats, dairy that isn’t fat free, soy and nuts, all foods rich in omega 6’s which promote inflammatory responses.I couple this with Source Naturals Calcium D-Glucarate 500mg, 120 Tablets (2 pills twice a day) and Source Naturals DIM (Diindolylmethane) 100mg, 120 Tablets (2 pills a day). This combination of supplements and diet has been highly effective at helping balance my estrogen levels and mitigate symptoms of endometriosis.
