I didnât want to take 5 capsules of the fiber capsules daily, so I opted for two gummies instead!These ones taste great and I do enjoy the chewy texture without complaints of taking the extra few seconds to finish eating them. 5 grams of fiber is generous compared to a couple other options I was looking at and seems effective thus far. Itâs helped a lot with stomach pain and keeping food digestion steady.Also these are only 10calories a serving which I thought was neat.Only issue Iâve ran into was feeling more gassy than usual. When I take these gummies around 8pm, Iâll feel the gassiness most around 10am the next day – not 100% sure if itâs directly caused by the gummies or just me though.
