We use this ink Al, the time in our printers and havenât had any issues! They do last a while too, which is nice as others tend to run out quickly. Between two printers in my shop, this package will last us months.

Very good support
The product seems very good. However it will not work in my printer. I had called tech support and they answered within the first 3 minutes. They ran me through a few tests. And then they passed me on to the second set of support. They were willing to send me a replacement. They even offered me a refund. I took them on the refund because I just don’t want to end up with the same problem. I don’t think it’s a fault with the cartridges. But maybe with the chips. But I’ll tell you a damn good support. I would buy their product again if I know it would work.

These Worked! Others Didn’t!
These worked. I’ve returned two sets of cartridges from another vendor that didn’t. So to me, that’s worth 5 stars. Vendor sent an email prior to receipt of product that was helpful with setup. Supposedly toner cartridges contain more toner than other products. So far I’m happy!

Not the quality I was looking for.
Cartridges came well packaged and all fit with no issues with the chip. I have had trouble with some manufacturers where the chip is not recognized by the printer and disallows me from printing. These cartridges work, however, the colors do not appear to be as vibrant and the density of the colors does not seem to be equivalent to OEM cartridges. I have had much better results from other cartridges that I ordered and tried this set due to the $20 off coupon. I guess you get what you pay for. I’ll use them because they are just OK, but going forward will not be reordering.
