Love the menthol cooling effect. Not as strong as other over the counter pain gels but it has less side effects. I keep it around for my back and shoulder pain. Does not irritate my skin and lasts as long as expected.

This stuff is a miracle for me. I have severe allodynia and this is the only topical solution I have found thus far that actually works. For those who donât know, allodynia is basically pain in/on your skin without a catalyst like a bruise or a burn. For me, at its worst, it feels like someone has poured boiling water over my skin and sandpapered it. Unpleasant to say the least.But this cream has helped a lot, especially if I can catch it early. The menthol cooling sensation helps a lot initially and the lidocaine actually does help numb the skin. It doesnât take the pain away completely when it has progressed to a certain point, but even then it does provide some relief.The only thing with me is that I use it over a larger surface area than intended so I can only use it once or twice a day, with the times spread out farther (like early AM and then mid PM) instead of 3-4 times like it says on the tube.All in all, I think this is an excellent product with a pretty mild, inoffensive smell (I cannot tolerate the smell of bengay and this works much better anyway) and I recommend it to anyone who has pain in their joints or skin that hasnât responded to other products yet.It has a very thin consistency so I can use the applicator to initially apply it to my back and then fairly easily spread it around myself. It also absorbs quickly. I only need to let it dry for a few minutes (usually 5 for me) and then it doesnât rub off with clothes.

Great pain relief, not long lasting though
I have severe back pain. This works great in a pinch. It however, does not last long. It has a pleasent scent to it and does not burn at all.

This pain relief is wonderful for relieving my lower back pain. Itâs easy to apply with the squeeze tube and rollerballs. Pain relief lasts 3-4 hours for me. No medicinal smell. You can choose between heat or cooling feel with 2 styles of cream choices.
