Fantastic supplement
Wife has been complaining about knee pain for some time. Read that turmeric was very helpful. She’s been taking them for about 2 months now and her knees are way better than before. Little or no pain when she gets up or is working in the yard. Others might not have the same results but so far, we are totally impressed with the outcome.

These tablets have really helped the inflammation in my knees. I have tried several different ones and only one of them worked as well, but were discontinued for some reason. I take two in the morning and one in the afternoon. My stomach doesnât even get upset when I take them without any food.I would recommend taking these for inflammation because I can walk around with very little pain now. No more ibuprofen or any other pain relievers.

My inflammation levels have gone down taking this supplement but I have not really had total relief for my shoulder pain like I was hoping. I have tried other supplements like that plus CBD Hemp oil and the same thing as far as pain relief goes. I still am planning to continue taking this supplement due to other benefits of using it and the cost is reasonable and is no different from the more expensive brands.

I had been having an arthritis problem with my left foot for months. I had been renting a knee scooter to get around because I would go weeks without being able to put any weight on my foot. I knew that turmeric was good for pain and inflammation so I went in search of something that might help. I came across this that had Glucosamine and decided to give it a try.I bought one bottle and then stopped using it once that bottle ran out to see if it was just a coincidence that that the pain subsided when I started taking these. Within about 2 weeks of stopping them, I noticed the pain and inflammation starting to return in the part of my foot that hurt, which I had injured 30ish years ago when I was in middle school. I bought another bottle and haven’t had any issues since.I have noticed that it doesn’t really matter when I take them. I tend to take 2 per day, right at bed time and they seem to be effective. As long as the foot pain stays away, I will continue to take these because they do seem to be helping. They are also helping with some knee pain I was having too.

I have been using these for about a month. I do not notice any change from the previous product that I used in terms of joint pain/stiffness, etc. These do, however, taste… well, strong. Takes some getting used to. Honestly will probably switch back to my regular brand.
