Excellent Support, Comfort and Help with Plantar Fasciitis!
Iâve been using Tuliâs Heavy Duty Heel Cups for a few months now, and theyâve made a noticeable difference in managing my plantar fasciitis. These Tuli heel cups allowed immediate relief to my heels. I say heels, because you must wear both, in order to have equilibrium in your step. I only have one heel that gives me grief(a tiny area the size of a pin-top on my left ankle) but with your feet, you need to have each foot the same height. Thus, you must wear both. The cushioning is wonderful. I bought a REGULAR and I wear a 9.5 wide shoe. I wore them in my tennis shoes, yesterday, and for the first time, no excruciating pain during grocery shopping. They are thick, which helps the pressure on the heel. I think they may poke out at the top of some of my flats, but the rubber is thin at the sides and top, and can be easily trimmed down. At this point, I know that the bottom cushion is what provides the relief, so Iâm willing to adjust whatever needs to be adjusted. Unlike some have reported, the inserts do not slide or move around. They do make my feet go a little deeper into the front of the shoe, but not enough to hurt my toes. Now, I buy wide toe box shoes, so that may be the reason I do not have problems. I do not wear tight-fitting or narrow-toe shoes. I want to be able to walk if I make to my 80s/90s!!! Iâm determined to take care of my feet everyday with calf exercises, wearing toe stretchers at night, and magnesium foot soaks. I have no pain, except for a tiny pin-top-sized area on the back of my left ankle. Itâsâ amazing how something so tiny can cause so much pain!! Iâm sure a trip to the ortho is in order and I will go. But, for immediate relief, these fit the ticket. Tuliâs are the most wearable and functional heel cushions that I have ever purchased. Iâll stick with this brand, and continue to do leg and foot exercises daily. I hope they work for you, too.

A co worker told me about these. I could not wait for relief from my heel spur. After a day I was not in pain any longer when I put this in my sneakers. I am in the medical field so Iam in my feet a lot. They work.

Good quality but it didnât help my 9 year old
My nine-year-old son weighs 109 pounds. Heâs tall and muscular. I got him size small. We needed to put these inside his soccer cleats. he has had light pain for a couple years during wrestling. Heâs has been experiencing severe pain in his heels in the last few months, and it has become worse this soccer season. I was hoping that we could put these inside his cleats and they would take his pain away in his heels. First, we put it inside his cleat but it hurt just trying to put it on. Then we took his sock off and put the heel cup directly on his heel, reapplied the sock and put his foot in the cleat. that felt better but when he tried to run, his heels hurt again, and they felt awkward. We were hoping the new awkward feeling would go away once he was used to them and that the pain would go away as well, but they just didnât work for him. The quality is nice! They feel sturdy and good quality for the price.

Finally found something that makes me feel better..
I have had bad right heel pain, I mean really bad and I have bought so many foot inserts from here and my local store ..I went to my foot doctor and had paid good money for “foot made expensive insoles” etc … And it really didn’t give me any relief… ð¢ I wanted to try these to see if it would help with the pain or at least some of the pain until my heel gets better. I have to honestly say, it has helped tremendously … I still have pain however it’s minor compared to what it was . I would say it went from 100%+ pain to about 40% pain now. I wear just the right one for now in my house shoe, my tenny shoes, etc … It has been a true help bc now I can at least walk and it made my heel feel so much better while it heals which has taken a long time to do since I hadn’t had any relief in about 8 months. I am going to buy more of these so I can just leave them in my other shoes. If you don’t buy these, you’re missing out on pain relief. They are sturdy and I didn’t think they would fit my heel bc it’s swollen and large to begin with but… They fit great and they haven’t broken down and you won’t regret buying them. Superb Product!
My podiatrist influenced me to purchase these inserts due to ankle pain/injury after hiking. I now own several pairs as they are THAT good – and necessary!! My feet/heels really feel it when I donât wear the inserts (sandals) so they have become a permanent must!! The inserts are made well. They do not collapse or flatten out. They cushion and absorb shock very well. They are easy to wash and dry quickly. If there was one thingâ¦.Iâd like them in black in order to camouflage a bit better in my shoes. Honestly though, they work so well I donât really care what color they are or if they show – Iâm wearing them!! These are a win!

My feet feel much better now
I have random sudden foot pain mostly on the left foot. I bought this last week hoping it will help. I havenât had any foot pain since. They are easy to use and comfortable to wear. The back is too high for my shoes and wrinkles so I just trimmed it off. They are perfect now. I just ordered a second pair for my other pair of shoes.

BEST FOR DAILY CUSHIONING, NOT SO MUCH FOR TENDER HEEL PAIN
Just contracted plantar fasciitis ( heel pain,) was hoping these would help cushion the heel. They donât quite help giving me relief in my situation. They are not snug enough to compress the heel padThey do have decent cushioning for daily wear or long hourâs standing, wash by hand easily. They stay in place well, they will restrict the shoe fit a bit.Overall better for daily use.

I got these for my 14 year old son, who has quite severe pain in his heels – his physiotherapist feels that he has Severs disease, and recommended Tuii’s Heel Cups to provide some relief. They arrived on Tuesday, and he says they have made a big difference so far. They’re comfortable and fit perfectly into his runners – he played two hours of volleyball in them without anything like the same level of discomfort that he had been feeling. I found the sizing to be a bit confusing – he is under 175lbs, but a 10 in shoe size, so I ordered the Large even though he is not at the recommended weight. They seem to be fine! Great product.

Theyâre actually comfortable. I only wear one – for my left foot. I was worried that it would feel odd using one. Itâs quite comfortable and it seems to be helping. My plantar fasciitis is not as painful as it usually is. Of course a supportive shoe with a thick sole is important to use as well.
