True_Image Customer Service – excellent
This is the second time I ordered this toner in the past 3 years for my Canon laser, the first order work flawlessly and couldn’t see any difference to OEM toner, the toner lasted over 3 years (don’t print too often) this last order (April 2025) had an issue with one of the cartridges, I contacted the manufacturer/seller since I didn’t want to return all four cartridges to Amazon, explained the issue, they sent me a replacement cartridge within 2 days and issue resolved. Excellent service.

Passable at first but quickly degraded quality
First off, I know this is aftermarket toner for much cheaper than OE so I was not expecting the same level of color accuracy as the genuine Canon cartridges. And sure enough, the color accuracy and quality was not the same but for general home office use it was passable for the price at first.But then before too long the magenta started leaving faint lines along the left side that later became blotchy streaks. Then the black started fading out like it is about empty. However, the printer reports 60% capacity left in the black, and 70% in color! The OE cartridges just kept going and going even after the printer warned they were low or even empty.Sure these are way cheaper but if I’m replacing them when they supposedly have 60% or more left to them because the print quality is unusable then it really isn’t a cost savings anymore.I just coughed up for an OE set of cartridges and will be giving the guts of the printer a good cleaning to get all the excess magenta toner out of it.

Initially disappointed, but customer service corrected things quickly
I would give 5 stars, but the cartridges I received registered as 30% full. I contacted support, providing them with a report from my printer showing that fact, and they sent replacements overnight. So, great support, though initially disappointed with the low toner product. I am happy, now. The cartridges print great.

worked fine for first ~100 pages print, then quality drops off
reviews from others are mostly positive, but that’s not the experience I had. Ordered my replacement in April 2021, and finally started using it in July 2021. Printing mostly class notes and some stock charts.The first picture shows the printing quality degradation overtime on the side view. Paper stack on the right side was from the original cartridge. There was no ink smudge visible from the side view. it is visible that printing quality degrade as soon as True Image Toner Cartridge was used.The second picture shows the print from today 10/17/21. There is visible color bleed (yellow, blue streaks).7/2/2022,Update my review from 1 star to 5 stars based on the recent experience with vendors customer service.Vendor reached out to me, likely from the 1 star review I had. They ensured me that the technical issue had been resolved with their recent hardware update. They offered an option with a replacement cartridge. I had received the replacement about two weeks ago and I had been use them to print extensively ( used about 4-500 pages so far). I have not seen the original issue returning so far.I am happy because the good customer service experience and the renewed cartridge working well.

Great cartridges at a great price
I used these to replace a set of much more expensive cartridges and I’m so glad I gave them a try. Fit perfectly, easy to install, with great color. No negative issues after the first few months. Highly recommend.

Short life span
The price is right, but the longevity is pretty bad. After 6 months in a light use office, we are ordering OEM cartridges. The just-installed red cartridge appears to be leaking and leaving red spatter on our prints, and the blue has been leaving streaks for a while.
