I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for this toner set from TRUE IMAGE. I’ve purchased toner for my HP LaserJet Pro 200 Color MFP M276nw from various sellers on Amazon over the years, and honestly, the experiences have been all over the map. This time, though, it was a completely positive experience.First off, the product was shipped promptly and arrived right on time. When I installed the cartridges, I noticed an issue with one of them. I reached out to the seller, and their response was immediate and professional. They sent me a replacement cartridge without any hassle, and the new one works perfectly. That level of customer service is rare and deserves recognition.The print quality is excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Knowing that a company stands behind its products and goes the extra mile to make things right gives me confidence in buying from them again. Once unacceptable poor print quality – update on great customer service!
Black ink cartridge not working, still half full. Tried all the trouble shooting. Very faded print, particularly on left side. 1st one opened in package. Past return window. Update: I have bought this brand before multiple times and it was fine. For this one issue, the supplier contacted me and is providing a new toner cartridge for me. They provided prompt courteous service.

Great product and great customer service!
After years of use, bought in 2022, I encountered a streak in the blue cartridge. I emailed the company with my printer ink report, which also showed the defective toner due to a blue line in the printed page. The company’s response was prompt and courteous. I had a new toner cartridge within the week. They also followed up and made sure I was happy with the new cartridge. Highly recommend!

Great Price and Customer Service
So far so good! I’ve replaced the yellow and magenta toners and everything is working and printing as it should. Where I was spending approx. $90 for one color, I can now spend half of that for all 4 colors. Especially these days, every penny saved counts, but it’s not at the risk of quality.Best of all, their customer service was great! Almost immediately after I installed the yellow toner, I was still receiving a message that I was low on ink and so things I wanted to print in color, defaulted to black. I thought it had to be because of the replacement toner, so I called customer service, which instructed to email. I didn’t bother leaving a voicemail and emailed right away instead. A few hours later, I received a call back and the gentleman didn’t seem to know my problem, but just called back because my number must’ve appeared as a missed call. As my mother used to say, “If it’s important, they’ll leave a message,” so I don’t even call anyone back whose number I don’t know if there is no message left. Anyhow, I explained the situation, the gentleman made some suggestions, and I asked him to call back in a few minutes because I was in the middle of something before I could get to it. He did, and turned out, the problem was user error! I guess I wasn’t paying attention when magenta had run out at the same time, so that’s where the error message was coming from. Once I replaced that toner, I ran a test print and the error message went away and I’ve been printing fine ever since. In the meantime, when I went to check my email later that evening, I received an email from another staff saying that they were sending out a replacement yellow toner. I replied that it wasn’t necessary as all of this was my fault, but she said that it would still be on its way as they want to provide the best customer service possible. Being in retail myself, I know the costs involved for the product itself and not to mention shipping, so I was very surprised that they would still send me the toner even though nothing was their fault. If they said, “OK, we will cancel the shipment,” I would have been perfectly fine with that, as it should’ve been really.Overall, yes, I highly recommend these toners knowing the support I’ll receive if anything ever does go wrong.

Lo único que fallo fue el empaquetado ya que llegó con algunos daños evidentes la caja del producto, sin embargo, los cartuchos no presentaban daños.
