Simple, affordable, and works like new!
Our previous toner was getting so bad that we were trying to avoid printing things. Replacing the toner seemed intimidating, so we avoided it as long as possible. I ordered this toner because it was at such an affordable price, but it also was so simple and easy to install! The printer is like new, and I am glad that we already have a backup whenever this one needs replacing because it came in a pack of two. The customer service was fabulous, and they checked in with my order to see if I needed any tech support, refunds, or replacements. Will definitely be ordering toner from them from now on!

I was originally nervous purchasing a âcompatibleâ set of printer cartridges. When I realized I bought the wrong size I was out of the Amazon return window and really bummed. Decided to reach out to the manufacturer and the true image customer service was fantastic. Iâm happy with my new cartridges for a fraction of the price and would buy again. Works great in my Canon D1620, other generics failed in the past.
I have a D1620 scanner/printer and I’ve had nothing but bad results when using non-OEM cartridges. From occasional spots and lines all the way to the printer just not even able to start printing. The OEM cartridges are well over a hundred dollars each so I thought I’d try these one last time. Turns out, they’re great! The printer has no problem printing and the quality of the printout is as good as the original cartridge gave. PLUS there are TWO in the package! I’ll be ordering these again when needed.

I have purchased these cartridges on multiple occasions and have not been disappointed. They last as described and have helped save our business money. Print quality is on par with official Canon cartridges. I will continue to only use these cartridges on our Canon printer and I have also used this brand of cartridges for our HP printer as well. I love these cartridges! They work great, last a long time, and are way cheaper than the genuine cartridges from Canon. They also were delivered quickly and offer full refund or free replacement if they don’t happen to work with your printer. I highly recommend them!

This is the same bad toner previously purchased in a green and white box. Item does NOT come packaged as shown in images and is a different brand than advertised. VERY UNHAPPY as this toner runs out quickly, has low-yields, malfunctions, leaks ink, etc.
