UPDATE: Streaked lines, faded colors, no fix works
UPDATE 8/17/22 – So I reached out to the company a few times. It took a little bit, but they finally got back to me. They asked questions to figure out what the problem was, and ended up sending out another pack of toner. After installing them, the problem completely disappeared! The first pack I got was a dud, however this pack is great! No problems and I’m more than half way thru. That’s the kind of service I love. Will continue to buy from them moving forward, great price!I really wanted to like these, especially After so many had good reviews. Unfortunately, just like the negative reviews, these are junk and not as good as others. I tried all the fixes for it, as well as tips and tricks to no avail. These cartridges are nearly full, so it’s not that. I bought multiple packs of paper, not that. Finally I used my previously removed genuine cartridges, and guess what? No problems printing. I guess I’m out the $60 and now have to get new ones.

Poor cartridge performance, due to warn out parts reused.
I do not recommend this product. My initial purchase of this product in 2020 was perfect and did not experience any issues. My 2nd purchase in 2021 made the documents unreadable. I always like to keep a full set on hand incase I run out of toner. I didn’t start experiencing issues until I put this second set in the printer in early 2022. I thought the printer had been made poorly and actually stopped using the printer for about 6 months. I decided to investigate the issue yesterday as it is my only printer and ran the printer through several maintenance steps which did not resolve the issue. The picture of the print out from the printer is used to auto adjust graduation and the printer cannot recognize it because it is so bad. I found a video online which showed that the issue is the poor quality of the cartridges themselves. The image with the drums, should not have any toner on the blue rollers. The cartridge on the bottom is the black one and for some reason has blue toner on it. The cyan one is above it with some yellow toner, the next one is magenta with some yellow and the top one us yellow. Notice there are lines on the drums near the outside edges of the blue drums. This is where scratches or grooves exist in the drums causing toner to leak out. Additionally, according to the video I watched, there are wiper blade like things inside the toner cartridges that press against the blue drum controlling toner release. Those also appear to be worn out as there is toner where there shouldn’t be. These are practically brand new toner cartridges and should not be in this state so soon. Unless these rebuilt toner cartridges where just refilled, cleaned up and resold without the internal components being replaced.

Flawless Performance
Years ago when manufactured ink and toner cartridges first started to hit the market I was excited to give them a try and save money. But they proved to be a hassle, seeming to always cause print error messages, didn’t seem to print as many pages as OEM cartridges and worst of all, and the final straw, I had one leak all over the inside of my printer. I was extremely disappointed and never tried them again… until now.As the office manager of my company I am in charge of purchasing supplies, including ink and toner.While trying to think of ways to save money during the ‘covid crunch’ I decided to give remanufactured ink cartridges another chance. It’s been over a decade after all; surely they’ve worked out the bugs by now, right?RIGHT!!!!I’ve been using this toner for a while now and I have to say, I wish I had given them another shot YEARS ago, both at home AND at work! These are less than half the price of a set of OEM toner cartridges and work EXACTLY THE SAME. If the cold hard cash savings isn’t enough, you get to feel good about supporting the use of recycled ink cartridges and not contributing to more garbage in the landfill!These cartridges are a no brainer and I highly recommend you give them a shot. You wont be disappointed!

Terrible quality
Update: I didn’t talk to the shop at all, but after seeing my review, Tony sent me an email asking for some clarification and offered help. He has been super helpful and very nice. They sent me a new set of toners which I very much appreciate. The issue with the magenta toner is now resolved. No more pink on the pages.It’s cheap enough but not worth it. I have a brand new printer, so I know it’s not the printer. This also not the first time that buy aftermarket toner or ink but this quality is terrible. All the pages have a pink tint to it and are rather red on the edges. It’s so horrible that there is no way to use the documents. I have to throw this crap out and purchase original toner and hope that I don’t have to take the whole printer apart to clean it from this disgusting product.

The first toners that I ordered did not work properly. They were faint and streaked. I was thinking it was a setting on the printer and don’t use the printer daily. It was quite some time before I realized that the problem was the toners. I contacted True Image, really expecting them to say it was too long since I bought them. I was pleasantly surprised to be told that replacements would be sent out immediately. They were and I received them a few days later. I installed them and they have worked flawlessly since. I’ll be getting my next set of toners from True Image for sure.
