    Top Level Customer Service
    I have ordered from True Image multiple times for use with my HP M252DW printer. Each time, the product has performed well, maintaining color accuracy and meeting the expected page yield. I haven’t had similar success with other suppliers of color toner in the past.My recent June order, however, had an issue: the black toner cartridge malfunctioned. I reached out to True Image via their website, and they sent a replacement cartridge within three days. The communication with True Image was friendly and efficient, and the replacement arrived quickly, despite the July 4th holiday.In an era when high-level customer service and easy access to a real person are becoming increasingly rare, this company has exceeded my expectations.

    Poor quality with faded printing
    I bought this on May 1 and started using it a few weeks ago but I wish I had started using it earlier because the quality of printing is terrible the product return window has already closed. I took the time to go through all of the troubleshooting and diagnostics information on my printer, including the cleaning process but my print outs are still faded and almost unreadable. I think I just wasted $50 and will have to just order new toner now.

    Prompt customer service, better than expected 2 year warranty and excellent price
    Received and installed a 4 pack of color toner cartridges (201X). Immediately noticed a small streaking and offset print of the blue (cyan) cartridge. Contacted customer service and they promptly sent a video on how to correct the offset issue. Although the video was for a different printer and my menus did not have the option they suggested, I did assess the “Calibration” option was similar. Therefore I performed a manual calibration. Even though this calibration ran every time I reseated the cartridges, this manual running of it must have been different because it fixed my issue. Print quality remains crisp and clear. I was informed by customer service that these cartridges have a 2 year warranty and to contact them for refund/replacement should the problem(s) resurface. Overall, happy with my purchase and especially the price and print quality.

    Instant replacement when there was a problem
    Had a problem with the authentication to my printer. Customer service was all over this. They were easy to contact, asked me to try one thing, then when it didn’t work, they replaced the toner carts entirely. All they asked for was a photo of the toner (to show I had it) and a photo of the error. They expressed me replacements and I slammed them in. They work great, print great, great value. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

    Got more than I was expecting .
    The quality of the print is exceptional. The weight and general appearance of the cartridges are equal to the original OEM. Only noticeable difference was in a “thud” noise when printing starts. I’ve made about 50 prints, all of the highest quality. Took the old cartridges to Staples and they gave me points for them. A win, win! Packaging was protective and easy to reuse for transportation of old cartridges. I’m usually not good at recycling, this company makes it easy. I saved the receipt on my phone and Amazon keeps a record. Contacted company about noise, they responded well, and informed me of my 2 year warranty with the product. GREAT! Very happy.
