Great gel
This is a good quality gel. I originally planned to order a lower-intensity gel but this came and is NOT WAY TOO INTENSE for medium wavy/curly hair. If you put it in wet hair, it won’t get at all crunchy. Even if you think you don’t need a strong gel it’s useful and worth the money.FYI, the scent is fine, and the texture is good and not more sticky/greasy than any other Tresemme gel.

Lasts all day
I use this to hold up my hair in the morning. If I apply a generous amount, it holds up my hair all day long. It’s not too slimy so it does not feel nasty as I am applying it on my hair. At the end of the day, I do need to wash it out .

I’m very happy with this hair gel, as it’s the perfect weight for my hair. It gives some extra body to my thinning hair. I do have plenty of body, but this gives it the oomph that it needs. i will buy it again.

This âultra holdâ #6 is too stiff. Find their #4 styling gel. Itâs much better.
I have been using this Tresemme brand of hair gel for many years, but I couldnât find the âholdâ Level number that I prefer (a #4 or 5), so I got this level 6 âUltra Holdâ. Frankly, itâs too much hold. Itâs thicker and a bit stickier. I find that this âultra holdâ makes my hair a bit crunchy, whereas the hold #4 or 5 does not have that problem.I donât like this #6 ultra hold, but unfortunately I bought a 3-pack so Iâm stuck with it. When I use this up Iâll go back to the #4 hold of the same product, which I find a better styling gel overall.I have very curly hair and the #4 hold is perfect for keeping my curls looking good and soft to the touch. The price of this gel is reasonable since you donât need much of it.

Holds hair in place all day
I love the smell of this gel. The consistency is thick and it holds my hair in place all day. It doesnât leave residue when dry and can completely wash off when you wash your hair.
