I definitely recommend this. I have been purchasing these for the longest time and they have been the best so far… others stop working not even half a month after installing but these last enough to which makes sense to continue to buy. If you work at an office these are worth the money!

Toner in the cartridge is very poor quality. Do not purchase is using a faster printer
Very disappointed with this purchase. Definitely not manufactured for use in the Brother HL-L6200DW. The printer is fast but also runs hotter than slower printer. The toner didn’t seem to adhere to the paper well. most pages that I printed, the entire page was grey and the print could be smudged with a dry hand. Try three different cartridges out of the four in the pack. All had the same results. Went out and purchased a Actual Brother cartridge and the print is perfect. Not worth buying cheap if the product is useless

BEST customer service
As a small business owner I appreciate when another business will try to get things right when something did not work as expected. I have to say that this was another level of customer service. Although I purchased the toner a while ago, I did not use it until recently. I had trouble with the toner , and I took a chance to contact the customer service. They emailed me within 30 min , asked about the issue, replaced the defective item and checked to see how everything works. I have to say this is the best experience as far as customer care goes .

Great alternative
Our office typically orders the genuine cartridges from Brother as we have had issues with our printers not recognizing other cartridges. However, this time the ship date was 2 weeks out and we needed them ASAP. Took a chance with these and won’t be going back. Quality and value are great. Printer recognized the cartridge and cleared out the low toner error. I reset the page count when installing and we got about 100 pages less but for the price, we are fine with that loss.
