If you order this, make sure you test it first several times with needle adjustment in and out. Just tested mine prior to first use. The needle adjustment dialer failed. The needles are stuck on highest setting. Of course I opened the package up right around the time when my return window is closed. Was trying to use up my previous other brand stamp. Cheap plastic and non functional. Money wasted on this product. Definitely worth it to pay more for quality.

Noticing a difference!
Iâve been curious about microneedling for a while and decided to try this derma stamp. I was nervous at first, but the adjustable needle length made it feel beginner-friendly. When I tested it on my finger, I was surprisedâit barely hurt at all. The needles are super thin, and it felt more like a tiny poke than anything painful.At first, I thought the needles would go in and out with each press, but they stay extended while using it and only retract when you adjust it below zero. I actually like that you can retract them fully for storage to keep them safe. The included cap is also great for protecting the needles.The instructions say to sanitize it before and after use but donât say how, so I fill the cap with rubbing alcohol, extend the needles, and soak it for about 10 minutes. Then I let it air dry before using it on my skin.Iâve only used the shortest setting so far, and itâs been painless. The only issue I noticed was some mild itching later in the day, probably from using tretinoin afterward. Iâve never used a derma roller, but I like the straight stamping motion since it seems like it would be gentler than dragging something across your skin.So far, Iâm really happy with it! My only wish is that the needles could be replaced instead of having to buy a whole new tool.

Great for aiding deep penetration
Combined with hair growth serum this made a significant difference in my husbandâs scalp. The tiny needles help the serum penetrate the skin much more than just massaging your scalp.

Great little tool!
My first impression of this Microneedling Micro Needle Roller was a bit intimidating. After watching many videos and reading the instructions, I started with very shortest length , super important to sanitize before and after using the tool. It doesnât hurt, itâs actually a very easy process. I havenât been super consistent but when I do use it, I feel like my oils are penetrating into my scalp rather than just sitting on the surface. Great tool and love the design!

This is a review for the derma stamp as a tool, not the practice of microneedling.Iâve heard mixed opinions about microneedling over the years and have been curious to try it for a while. When I chose this derma stamp, I was excited to finally give it a shot but also a little nervous about the potential pain. Thatâs why the adjustable needle length was a key feature for me as a beginner. Once it arrived, I twisted the needles out and tested it on my finger out of curiosity. To my surprise, the needles are so thin that I could barely feel them puncture my skinâit definitely didnât hurt.One thing that caught me off guard is how the stamp functions. I initially thought the needles would extend and retract with each press, but instead, they remain fully extended while in use and only retract when adjusted below the zero setting. That said, I appreciate the adjustable needle lengths and the option to fully retract them for storage, which protects the needles from damage. The included cap adds an extra layer of protection.The instructions recommend sanitizing the stamp before and after each use but donât provide a specific method. Iâve been sanitizing by filling the cap with isopropyl alcohol, extending the needles fully, and submerging the stamp for 10+ minutes. After that, I let it air dry for a few minutes before using it on my face.So far, Iâve been using the stamp at its shortest needle setting and have had a painless experience. The only discomfort Iâve noticed was a mild itching sensation a few hours after applying tretinoin and moisturizer to freshly stamped skin. I donât have experience with derma rollers to compare, but the straight up-and-down stamping motion feels more logical to me than rollers, which might cause some dragging.Overall, I really like this tool. My only suggestion would be to make the needles replaceable, similar to how razor blades can be swapped out, rather than having to dispose of the entire tool when the needles wear out.Value: The current price of this derma stamp is $11.98 USD, which seems to be about average compared to similar products.
