this dermaroller seems accurate in the size of the needles.Not so sharp as to cause irritation, but you can definitely feel it doing the work.Has held up well against use and several drops.No instructions for sanitization, so figure out your best process. Dipping in alcohol has not seemed to have any adverse affects so far

I will admit this tool intimidated me, lol but itâs now become a staple in my beauty routine. I did not know that we are not getting the maximum absorption from all the skincare products we use and what this tool does is aid in helping us get all the benefits from our skincare products.Here is a step by step on how to use the Derma Roller1) Make sure to sterilize the roller in isopropyl alcohol, I also swished it in hot water after just to make sure the alcohol is completely off.2) Make sure your skin is clean, and I mean super clean, double cleanse.3) Use the lightest of pressure and roll vertically and horizontally over your face for 4-5 minutes. DO NOT roll on any active acne.4) Apply your serums and moisturizer, I used my vitamin C & E face serum and then went in with my moisturizer. My skin felt plump and was glowing.This tool may look intimidating for a beginner but itâs easy to use, just make sure you follow the instructions and there are so many tutorial videos on YouTube. I love the color and it comes with a case to store it. This roller is top notch and performs beautifully.

It helps and feels pretty good
I’ve never used one of these so I’m not sure how much I really know how they should feel but I don’t mind this one. I do feel like I need to be extra careful because they are little needles but don’t go in deep at all. They don’t leave any red marks or spots like true needling does so I have no idea how much they really are helping but it seems like maybe?

This derma roller is well made with hard plastic handle together with fine titanium roller head. This derma roller has moderate size and has appropriate needle length of 0.25mm to effectively stimulate the skin cells. The needles are not too long and wonât have a deep hurt on the skin. It only has slight stinging on the skin. It is suitable for applying on face or other parts of the body.The roller is easy to use. However, some skincare procedures require attention. Firstly, to clean the face or skin before the use of the derma roller. Moreover, the roller must be sterilized. Then apply the roller in one direction each time and not rolling back and forth. You may use some essence during the treatment. A few minutes treatment is adequate. After the treatment, you have to maintain the moisture of skin. Itâs better to apply mask then.This derma roller also comes with a plastic case that facilitates the storing and carrying on travel.

This derma roller is easy to use. It does not remove all the hair as needed but it works well enough to use tweezers afterward to get the remaining hair.

Easy to Use
This is my first time using a derma roller. I watched a video to understand the technique of using one. I have sensitive skin and did find the roller slightly stinging. I use it only in the evening to give my face a rest afterward. I did not have any irritation or redness by morning. Information I read on using a derma roller suggests you may not see results for several weeks. I am using the roller twice per week. I clean it before and after with rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle. I also spray my face and neck with tree tea oil mixed with filtered water after using to avoid any potential skin infection. Make sure you clean your roller correctly before and after each use. The roller may need to be replaced every three months since regular use may wear down the needles. I will give the derma roller a three-month trial to see what results, if any, there are. However, if someone gifted me this roller for Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day as the ad suggests, I would not be amused.
