Why did you pick this product vs others?:The display is big so it’s really easy to see and it shows up right away. The probe is long so it’d be perfect for a tall pot. The downside is that the clamp is super simple and the probe tapers so if your pot is shallow, it won’t hold lower down on the probe so it’ll touch the bottom of your pot. Otherwise, it works great and the quality seems good.
