    No more second guessing! 🥩
This digital meat thermometer has been a total lifesaver in the kitchen! I love that you can set your desired temperature, and it actually goes off with an alert as soon as your food hits that perfect temp — no more guessing or constantly checking. It takes all the stress out of cooking meat, especially for things like steak, chicken, or roasts where precision matters. The display is super easy to read, and the probe gives fast, accurate readings every time. I’ve used it on the grill and in the oven, and it works perfectly in both settings. The alarm is loud enough to hear, but not obnoxious, which I appreciate. It’s honestly made cooking so much easier and gives me peace of mind knowing my food is cooked safely without overdoing it. Highly recommend for anyone who loves cooking but doesn’t want to hover over the stove the whole time!

Affordable and accurate! So glad I got this!
It’s so simple to use! I compared it to one of my regular thermometers and the temperature was the same. Once this got to the right temp and beeped I pulled it out the oven , inserted my old thermometer and unlike this new one I had to wait several minutes for that old thermometer to get up to the temp. So I do believe its accurate.I love that I can stick it in the meat ,close the oven and when the meat comes to the right temperature it beeps, keeping me from overcooking the meat. However I do like to bake chicken thighs in my air fryer but I couldn’t close it or I would have squashed the wire on the probe. Not really a big deal as I just timed my chicken and checked towards the end. So dont expect to close it in an airfryer but it works great in the oven. I cant wait for the weather to warm so I can use it on the grill. I’m constantly over cooking on the grill. I’m looking forward to some tasty grilling without being it being dried out!I like the way the probe tapers down at the end for smaller cuts of meat too. When I was checking reviews, some customers said they didnt like choosing it by the picture, but those temperatures can be adjust up or down to suit your own personal needs . It has a timer too but I havent used it as I just wait for the temperature to hit and the alarm beeps to let me know its done, so no need for the timer. Great thermometer especially for the price!

Also great to calibrate your oven
We moved into a new house last year and I had some difficulty adjusting to the new oven, which seemed colder than I was used to when baking. Then for a family meal I took the ingredients to another house and baked pies there. That oven was WAY too hot, and I almost burned everything. So I bought this thermometer and was able to easily test the temperature on both regular heating and convection at 25-degree intervals. You can easily see the oven cycling as it loses temperature and then turns on again to heat more. I was able to draw up a chart showing what temperature to set it for to get what I wanted. It was off more than 25 degrees at most higher settings. While this might be a little too “scientific” a use for most people, it was very helpful so I could adjust baking temperatures and times. Nice unit, easy to read, really helps calibrate the oven. Oh, and it’s probably good for it’s intended purpose, too!

First, push probe HARD, all the way into the device
Update Xmas spoon roast: I set the probe at 140°, inserted the probe in the thickest part of my roast, and baked my 3.75# sirloin roast. The buzzer went off loudly when the internal temperature reached the set temp., about 1.5 hours later. I tented it with foil and let it sit for 20 minutes. Best roast ever! Perfect medium rare all the way through, and it was fork tender. The probe, combined with a modified slow roasted spoon roast recipe, works! Much easier than using a meat thermometer where you have to open the oven door and pull out the rack to check the temperature. My only complaint is that the probe coil is stiff and parts of it are sharp, making it difficult to store. Currently, it’s folded in half across the bottom of my bread drawer. No way that I could get it safely back in the box in which it came. But, it was inexpensive enough, and I will continue to use it.Original:I haven’t gotten past trying to set this thing up without actually putting the probe in the meat. Watched a video where a woman struggled to get to setup, and it was clear to me that she had not pushed the probe all the way into the device. If it’s only part way in, it’s impossible to set the probe or meat temps, and you think there’s something wrong with the device. You do have to push HARD to get the probe all the way into the device. Then the screen will reflect the probe temp and set temp settings. The probe temp will reflect your room temperature if the probe isn’t already in your item to be cooked. The up and down buttons will allow you to set the desired internal temperature of your item to be cooked. And, in case you’re wondering, the on/off button is located on the BACK of the device, under the battery cover, next to “°F/°C”Poor and confusing instructions. You have to play around with the buttons to figure out how it works if you want to set the timer, select the item to be cooked, and have the device pick the set temp for you. None of which I want. I’ll let you know how I make out using only my manual meat preset to cook my Xmas spoon roast.

    Great tool for Grilling
Really liked the features and screen clarity when outside with this temp probe. Much more user friendly than another brand I had purchased a few months ago.

    Easy to Use
It works like a charm. Great price and easy to use. I like the stainless steel probe cable. The last one I had was a cloth cable and diet. I would buy again if I needed it.

    Good purchase
Had chance to use this a few times on some butts in the smoker. Accurate after calibration. Do suggest this when it arrives. Easy to read screen. Had to figure out function but pretty simple. Like magnetic so sticks to smoker. Worth it.

Product is easy to set up and it does exactly what it’s for. I loved seeing the exact temperature of my meat at every step of the process rather than guessing and having to remove the meat from the oven to check.

I bought this because I was learning how to grill a tomahawk steak. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money because I rarely use a meat thermometer on my outdoor gas grill. I consider bluetooth items but decided they weren’t worth the extra money. This worked very well. It is quite accurate and simple to use. Because my wife prefers medium I had to cook the tomahawk to 160 degrees (I prefer medium rare). At 158 degrees I took the steak off the grill and it rose to 160 according to the thermometer. It was cooked perfectly medium – which is what the thermometer said would be medium. I am very pleased I bought this instead of overspending on a bluetooth one. Yes there is a wire that runs from the meat to the outside of the BBQ to the device which kind of gets in the way but is manageable. But there is a powerful magnet which lets you attach it to the outside of the BBQ almost anywhere. I’m pleased with it.
