Great product ð
My first time using it and works as intended. App is easy to set up and has great features. Bluetooth is great, I am on a second floor and smoker is in the backyard and I can monitor the temps. Also the temp/time alarms are great if not actively monitoring. Device can be free standing, hung or it has a great built in magnet. The probes and cords are of decent length. Overall all a quality user friendly product.

Overall great product readability on the app and on the device itself are good. I was very skeptical on the Bluetooth since Iâve been reading a lot of issues with it but for my house and where my smoker is, I have no problem getting a connection to it from anywhere in the house. With that said itâs probably something you should be worried about when purchasing this item but for the price it is definitely one that I would definitely buy again. I do like the ambient temperature control. I can definitely see that being a plus, especially when I start making bread Thermo pro is Definitely a good brand for thermostats and thermometers.

I use this for frying and grilling it is very accurate to help predict the quality of a reverse seared steak or a juicy deep fried turkey. Very easy to pair to a Bluetooth android phone. Alarms are very persistent where the limits are individually set and named. I like the historical graphs the app produces. The corded probes are a little to get used to but they are durable and keep working. Overall I like using this to get the best idea where the meat temperature is on a real time demand basis. Four input options are plenty to keep an accurate idea of what external and internal factors are involved to creating a snack or an entree in real time. Enjoyable product.

Works well, no major complaints but software is not the friendliest
Works as expected, temperatures seem to read accurately compared with other thermometers. The display on the unit is decent sized and you can easily read it from 10-15′ away. The bluetooth connection is pretty stable but the limitations of bluetooth are apparent… after 30ish feet it will drop intermittently and you have to bring you phone back close to the unit to reconnect (which is seamless).The downloadable app is just okay. Figuring out how to set your temperatures is not intuitive. I do like the temperature graph over time to see how things are progressing.The probes get extremely hot, which should be obvious, so make sure to wear heat resistant gloves when removing. The probe wires seem to be good quality but I would coil them when not in use rather than folding to prevent premature shorting. The wires are also pretty thin, so I was able to use them on a Big Green Egg without compromising the seal (thus able to retain heat properly).These work good enough for now… I may look to switch to a model with wireless probes and/or Wi-Fi connection in the future.

Awesome meat thermometer
Works great and as advertised. Extremely easy to set up, just scan the QR code in the package, and it automatically downloaded the app and linked to my phone. Just for fun I tested the calibration on the temperature and it worked perfectly. You can monitor the temperature on your phone very easily; the two prongs allow you to monitor more than 1 piece of meat or two sides of the meat. I easily set up alerts to notify me 10 degrees before it’s done to medium rare. Using this I realized one of my two tri-tips was cooking faster than the other so I was able to adjust my cook and time them to complete at the same time. Meat was cooked perfectly. Stayed synced to my phone inside my house 50 feet away from the BBQ. Love this gadget! Definitely highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Worth the money
Works way better than expected. Using the second prob for ambient temperature works wonders if you donât have a âsmartâ smoker. Iâm able to track the temperature variations from my phone.

We have a dual fuel oven, but when I used the probe we found out the oven couldn’t even go as high as 180c.As for detecting the inner temp of meat, I guess this unit works really well and the app sync up with the main unit perfectly.But I wished I bought the 2 units so I didn’t have to keep checking the app on my phone.It’s a must if want your meat doneness to your liking.
