Theraworx has many plusses
While it should be noted that there are no cures for cramps/spasms, Theraworx for muscle spasms is the closest thing to it, at least for me, and I have been plagued with muscle spasms for a number of years. Clearly, rubbing the area vigorously with Theraworx foam has at least a placebo effect, and I believe a therapeutic effect. It can be used as a preventative measure, but I cannot vouch for the effectiveness in that context. It is mildly scented, does not stain and it soothes. I keep it on my bedside table.

Best Product for Muscle Cramps
My husband suffers almost nightly with muscle cramps in his legs. If he does any type of climbing on ladders or stairs he pretty much knows he will wake up during his sleep with a cramp or two. I always felt helpless in helping him to be able to stop the cramps until we saw this product. I was skeptical at first but believe me, it really works. You simply squirt this into your hand and rub the foam into the muscle cramp and it provides almost immediate relief. We now make sure to always keep this on the bedside table so it is handy. We also never travel without this product which he has used on several occasions. I donât necessarily understand how this product works so well but it definitely does the job. I highly recommend anyone who suffers from leg cramps to try this product. You wonât be sorry.

The best roll on for muscle cramps!
I recently had foot surgery and my leg was immobile for quite some time. I would start to get horrible muscle cramps in my calf and foot. Until I purchased this. Let me tell you its magical. The roll on is very easy to use and there’s no sticky residue feeling. It relieves the cramping/pain very quickly and has an amazing smell. Worth the money especially for a great night of sleep with no cramping!

Helps with RLS; Roll-on easier than foam form
I use this for Restless Legs and find the roll-on *much* easier to use than the foam. It goes on with less dripping down my leg and is easier to apply. It is not always effective against the “creepy crawling critter” feeling of RLS and often its effectiveness doesn’t last more than an hour. However, it can be used as often as needed, unlike pills.

This has been a game changer. I use to be woken up with leg cramps. Tried magnesium supplements, bananas, pickle juice nothing really helped. As soon as you feel that tightening, you rub this on and POOF, cramp disappears magically. Totally impressed and will definitely will purchase again!
