I take these easy to swallow capsules, every 8 hours. Or at least I try to, because I don’t like to take them all at one time. And I’ve been taking them for about a month and a half and I really think it has helped my floaters go away. The Omega I like to think is helping my heart also but this helps my eyesight. You will have a small fishy burp but it’s not bad at all. They do not smell and I haven’t been able to taste a fishy flavor.

Occasionally there is a fishy taste
The brand I used to take was no longer available. This does not work as well and sometimes has a fishy taste. However, it does help with my dry eyes.

It does help, but can take some time to get started.
I found that taking this product did indeed help my dry eye issues, although it did not cure them. Please be aware that it will take time for the effect to be noticed, so give it a month or two before deciding whether or not to continue. Adding non-preservative eye drops will help dry eye as well, and a warm damp washcloth over your eyes twice a day can work for many.

Ok. Personally I decided to try this as an option to another omega thatâs not much more but has a lot more omegas ans Iâm going back to that brand. This doesnât seem to help my dry eye as much. The other brand did that and helped my joints, taking Andy two capsules instead of three. Youâre paying for brand name here more than anything, as I suspected.

Crucial step towards getting relief from dry eye syndrome
I had severe dry eye syndrome for over a year which I sought help from 2 different doctors and neither diagnosed me correctly nor mentioned how taking this product could help. Ever the skeptic nurse, I thought all the advertised claims were just hype until I started reading other Amazon user reviews and realized I needed to get some of this ASAP. Meibomian gland dysfunction and evaporative dry eye is something I’m telling other sufferers about because I know I am not the only one finding diagnosis and treatment confusing and contradictory. I’d been a soft contact lens wearer without any infections, ulcers or other issues since 1978. I thought I’d be wearing my glasses permanently after 6 months of being unable to tolerate my contacts for even a few minutes due to pain and the feeling there was a foreign body in my eye every time I blinked. My dark circles were much darker, the skin around my eyes was dryer and consequently looked older. Make-up was a real chore to put on. I was losing eyelashes and they didn’t seem to be growing back as quickly.Within 2 weeks of taking 3 of these capsules every day, the burning, scratchy feeling was gone. After a month I was completely asymptomatic but because I hate taking pills, I slacked off a bit. The dryness and burning returned in less than 10 days so I quickly re-ordered and will never be without these again. This is a syndrome and as such, requires consistent attention. While the Thera Tears took care of the internal problem, there is an external component to getting this chronic problem under control. Both the upper and lower lashline contains oil glands that get clogged and stop functioning or just don’t work very well due to menopause, medications, age or all of the above. I tried the poor man’s version first (tearless shampoo and cotton swabs) but it was inconvenient, messy, and very drying to my eyelids.3. GenTeal Lubricant Eye Gel, Severe Dry Eye Relief, Extra Value, 2 Tubes (0.34 fl. oz): gives moisture back to dry eyes and feels especially good if used with #3Bottom line is I lost time from work, this is what helped me after prescription eye drops and ointments failed.
