Works great for dry eye
For a nonprescription, this product works effectively and is long lasting! I tried the new Blinks but it’s just another eyedrop.Soothes dry eye and reasonably priced.

Comparison
Just had LASIK surgery, and since Iâll be using a lot of eye drops over the next few months, decided to buy one of each of the recommended drops on my aftercare list. They only recommended preservative free drops, and the photo show the four brands Iâve been using.Slime factor:Optase – the slimiest (thickest)Systane Complete PF – also pretty slimeyRefresh Relieva PF – not very slimey at allThera tears – least slimey (feels like regular water)The Optase is expensive, but it works well. It does leave my cheeks with a slime residue, so I splash or wipe my face off a few times a day. Thatâs not necessary, but I prefer to. It doesnât crud or anything. I think â300 dosesâ is a touch optimistic. I did the math and for me, it came out to closer to 200 or so.I gravitate to the Systane the most often, all said and done. It does crud my eyelashes a bit after several uses in a row, but it keeps my eyes lubricated a good long time. I found it similar to Optase with a little less slime factor. I sometimes splash off my eyes when using this one too.I like Refresh for different reasons, it feels light and clean due itâs more watery consistency. But it doesnât keep my eyes lubricated as long, so I keep this at the ready when I do use it. I have to reapply more often.Lastly, Theratears. It doesnât really market as PF, but in small print, the box does say itâs âpreservative free in the eye.â Not sure what that means, but it was on my recommended list so I bought it. This is most like a âregularâ eye drop. Feels very light and watery, and comes in a regular dropper bottle without the vacuum PF nub. Works well and I got a bigger bottle at a good price point. All in all, I like all of them for different reasons and like to vary it up day to day depending on what Iâm doing. If Iâm out and about with less time to reapply,I go for the Optase or Systane. When Iâm lounging at home with more leeway to reapply, I go with Refresh and Theratears because it feels less gunky. Hope this helps.

Recommend.
Very good eyedrops. The liquid is thicker, and the lubricant seems to work for longer. It’s easy to use the typical eye drop bottle. Immediate relief and you can throw a bottle in your pocket or purse.

Dry eye relief!
Great stuff for the price. Love the relief from dry eye and the moisturizing effect. Great quality, however, it’s not preservative free- so if you have a dry eye condition, you shouldn’t use more that 4 times a day.

Best eye drops around. Convenient dispenser. Forget the name brands and their tiny bottles
I’ve used these for 10 years. They are soothing, they are easy to use, easy to squeeze, and easy to find on your nightstand or in your purse or sitting around the house. These stand out and don’t get lost.. They are economical without the high price of the major brands. I buy these every month and ignore the sales on major brands because I know I can trust these just as well. They also don’t come in a bunch of little tiny vials, which are difficult to use and unwrap. These are your go-to eye drops and are quite hydrating and highly recommended.

These are the best eye drops — so comfy
These are my favorite eye drops. Every time I try a different kind, I always come back to these. They don’t burn, they are comfortable and work so well. I often have dry eyes in the morning, and I love how these feel on my eyes.

Very effective for dry eyes. You only need 1 drop in each eye and youâre good to go!

Having used the Thera Tears individual capsules for a couple of years I was getting quite annoyed by the number of wasted ones, when the plastic top twisted off but the liquid wouldn’t come out. You don’t get any such problem with the eye drops and if anything I find them more effective than the individual doses. Perhaps there isn’t as much waste, because the drops are so easy to apply. Thera Tears are the only eye drops that help my dry eye problem, and since they’re not available on prescription I think this is the best way to buy the product. I’m very pleased to have found the eye drops, and will continue to use them in this form.
