Love the Belt
The product came as pictured. Two gel inserts were provided. Each had clearly written instructions for use on them. I keep one in the freezer and one in the cabinet to use as a heat pack. I love the fact that I can put the compress on my lower back and walk around instead of having to sit on the couch to use it. The frozen pack is flexible, so it molds to the lower back as necessary. The heat pack works pretty much the same, though I was very cautious as to how much I heated it as reviews I read said it exploded. I didnât find that to be the case though I would have liked it to be hotter. I microwaved it for 20 seconds and then an additional 10, but would like to have gone longer. My concern was overheating it and having it pop. The gel packs fit neatly in the provided pouch which has a very generous belt for adhering the ice/heat pack to oneâs body. The belt is very stretchy providing a lot of support and compression. The Velcro provided is not the hook and loop type that gets hair and lint stuck to it. I would definitely recommend this. A good product for a fair price.

I love this, I also bought the one for my head. Designed to fit perfect and the ice stays cold without getting hard. Stays soft and easy to use, put in the freezer then take out when needed. Very durable and good quality.

A must have for post-op recovery – plus size inclusive
I bought this and another ice pack that covered my full back to help with post op recovery / pain management when I had spine surgery. This not only was easy to use but it actually fit my very plus sized waist (womens 3x/24w) comfortably! It actually helped by putting a bit of light pressure on my back incisions but was a decent amount of support on my belly incision so gravity didn’t pull on the internal stitches. I wore this on the inside of my pants between the pants and underwear and it wasn’t obvious that it was there. The cold packs stayed cold for a long time like 30ish min. I was able to rotate packs as needed and they were perfectly comfortable to always have on.

Doesn’t cover enough area for me, slips up or down.
I like that it came with the two pack of ice or heat packs however I need a larger one that covers higher and lower I think I’m going to need electric instead of a microwavable so that was my mistake I am going to return it

It’s gel … important!
The gel paks I keep in the freezer … they get very cold but not frozen.I use them in the wrap around velcro belt … works great.And my doctor likes this too because in about 20 ish minutes it is starting warm back up. Very important not to “freeze” your skin and this does it for you.A great product!I had terrible back pain … used this 2X a day, helped a great deal.I then had surgery, and I still wear it … just not as long. It’s soothing.
