Packaging is awful. Product is amazing.
The packaging is horrible. So hard to get the product out, I have to use two hands and really use some muscle to get any product into my hands. Other than the packaging, the product is very moisturizing and detangling. I have 3B/3C hair that is very fine. It makes my curls bouncy and soft. The formula is awesome.

I am a person that prefers a scented product but ill sacrifice that for a good result. This stuff is great. It really does moisturize the hair without being too heavy. I love the ordinary so im happy. I’ve seen some people say this product is too thin but I do not get that at all

Iâve been using Seen for the last year, but noticed my hair looking dull and coarse after they released their new bottle design. Finally looked at their ingredients and noticed they changed their formula. I saw that behentrimonium chloride was reduced in their new conditioner, so I decided to buy this, and I wish I had done it sooner! My hair looks the healthiest itâs ever been in years. I am so happy to have found a fragrance free conditioner that doesnât load my hair with heavy oils. I have wavy hair that has both medium and thick strands, and this makes it feel so soft and silky without it being heavy and weighed down. Give this a try if you are thinking about it, especially if you have to avoid fragrances to keep yourself feeling well! Itâs so hard finding quality hair care thatâs fragrance free, and I hope this stuff never changes or gets discontinued.

Not Short Hair Friendly, But Good Quality
To quote reddit reviews, your miliage- or results- may vary. This doesnât work for me, but I wish it did!I love this brand, and the quality of their products is amazing for the price. So I wanted to love this conditioner!The scent isnât overwhelming, which is important to me. And the product itself isnât too thick! So I figured this was a lightweight conditioner but itâs actually incredibly heavy in moisture! So deceiving!I have pixie cut length hair so I need something lightweight and this just made my hair greasy and floppy. I tried it a few times with a tiny amount of product but it just doesnât work out. Itâs not meant for my shorter, straight hair.If you have thicker or longer hair, you might love this, but I didnât.
