Didn’t Disappoint!
Once again TGIN product did not disappoint! I love the way it smells, the way it makes my hair feel and just love love the way it holds my edges! It doesn’t flake and I just put it on my hair after I shower and my hair stays in place. I don’t worry about the wind blowing my hairstyle out of whack! I have 4b type hair and the only way I could keep my edges down was to sit under a dryer, but now I just apply the gel and go! I love that when I get home from work, my hair is not frizzy, is not greasy and looks great!

Great Gel for Natural Hair
This is great for 4c hair ! It doesn’t feel too thick or sticky. I don’t know about moisture. But usually with gel, I get this residue in combination with other products. Not this one. Definitely going to be a staple.

Leaves my hair feeling lighter than when I used a gel with stronger hold. My hair does not feel stiff or crunchy. It does not control the frizz very well though. I’m not sure I would purchase again as I’m searching for a lightweight gel that does not leave my hair feeling dry but also significantly reduces frizziness. I would need to use something stronger for taming fly-aways if I were to put my hair in a ponytail.

Controls and holds natural curls, no stickiness, flakiness or build-up of product. Easy to use pump bottle helps measure usage. Does not dry hair out.

Didn’t moisturize, almost zero hold
The product didn’t seem to like my hair type, so it didn’t sit well on my hair. It sadly didn’t give me much hold, curls didn’t pop or bounce. Product just seemed to leave my hair limp, lifeless and curl-less. This product might work for someone else with a different type of curl and hair type. Sadly, it did not work for me. I love the TGIN line.. was really hopeful this gel would work. I believe my curl type is a 4? Sorry, trying to be helpful for those that have a similar curl type before they purchase and find it may not work for them either. What I did find that worked for my curls was the Sweet Honey Hair Milk and the Green Tea Super Moisture leave in. Hope that is helpful. (this is my husband’s account)
