2 stars to start, I will see how it works to test performance, but the over quality.. Feels very cheap and flimsy. The rubber tubing inside of the PLASTIC container to start steaming the water is sitting right on top of the coil that heats the water. I will update if it melts. No directions were included but was able to assemble quickly with hubby’s help. Lol. Shorter than expected. I’m going to try it out but will be in the market for a better one in very near future. But sure for now will get the job done hopefully.Honestly 5 stars for performance. I’ve had for over a year now. Works as if it were still when I got it. The height is adjustable, steams great. No melting from the tube. Overall for the price pretty worth it, especially for just starting out or beginners.

Very impressed with this steamer!
Love it! I bought it to use in my head spa salon and it works soooo well! Especially because my head spa treatments are paired with a facial so the range of steam makes the process a 2 in 1 and so simple! The machine is also the perfect size to roll into a closet when not in use.

DO NOT PURCHASE
Iâve had this steamer for 3 months and it stopped working. When they first sent it, the pole was defective and did not support the weight of the steamer. They sent a replacement pole which was also defective but I was able to take off a piece from the original and fit it to the new pole to make it fit. Now the steamer wonât even turn on! Of course now I canât return it so Iâm stuck with a practically new but useless steamer. Iâm extremely frustrated and disappointed. When it worked it did have good steam output but this product is no good.

Plastic smoking with foul odor
My steamer is smoking from the top vents. It’s been messed up for a few weeks. I’ve tried to fix it based on videos and other videos I’ve seen. I have user this steamer on a regular basis and haven’t changed anything over the course of time. I use the distilled water and clean it regularly to avoid any buildup.., this steamer is a little under a year old.. is it not built to last ?
