Great Customer Service
My steamer stopped working recently, the water would not heat up and the mag lamp had completely cracked. I reached out to their customer service to see if the parts could be replaced and they sent me two new parts. Great customer service!

Defective after a few months
I used this a handful of times within the last five months Iâve had the steamer, and then it stopped working one day. The boiling coil wouldnât work; the ozone function wouldnât turn on, and the steamer light would turn on but not the steamer itself. I tried calling and either getting new parts or returning, and I was told I could return it, but I wasnât sent a QR code. I called the next day and was told I wasnât able to return it because it was past the return window. Iâd recommend buying a steamer through another company/website and check their return policy/warranty. This was a waste of money. Itâs also very light and doesnât come up high enough for my clients; it also slips down, even when the screw is tightened. Really wouldnât recommend this steamer; itâs going into the garbage

Gets the job done
The best thing about the steamer is the full blast of steam. Excellent. My only negative is the base/stand was easy in concept but the parts did not quite fit as designed which makes the machine a little wobbly.

Best for this price! Totally reliable from an esthie
As an esthetician, I was a little nervous ordering from a manufacturer I’m not too familiar with for such an essential part of my treatment room. But the reviews looked promising & the price was comfy & let me tell you – they did not disappoint. It work’s phenomenal. Exquisite for the price. For start, very easy to set up. Very straight forward. Beautiful direct steam. Great Loupe/LED Lamp. Adjustable brightness and good magnification. Barely 10 minutes to heat up. Arms are flexible and easy to lock in place so you don’t have to worry about crushing a client mid-facial (I’ve seen people burn their clients with less expensive steamers!) I wanted something reliable and good. And this was it. Definite YES if you’re looking for a steamer. I went back and forth for weeks but so glad I decided on this one. Has a plastic water jar so probably stick with distilled water. If you’re searching – Get this one!!!

Great steamer for beginner esthetician or home use
This steamer is great if you are starting out in esthetics or doing an at home setup. The machine was easy to assemble. It took about 15-20 minutes. Iâve been using the machine for about 3 months and itâs been working well. My only problem initially was the adjustable height. It wasnât working for the longest of time until I took apart the piece that holds the pole in place and messed around with the screw. After fixing that piece, Iâve been able to set it to the desired height without a problem. The steam comes out in an even distribution, there is also an Ozone setting. I only use distilled or reverse osmosis water in the machine to ensure the best performance.

Water holder will crack
I had this facial steamer for about a year now. It was really good for a long time until one day. The water container cracked on me during a client. It started spitting out boiling water. So just keep that in mind when you are wanting to purchase it that it wonât last for a long time.

Me gusta q es fácil de armar, viene bien empaquetado asà q llego en excelentes condiciones, y buena potencia el vapor, la luz buena iluminación y el lente excelente.Lo que no me gustó fue que no puedes girar el vapor solo puedes dar altura, asà q limita direccionar el vapor. Asà que ojalá en un futuro lo puedan hacer q gire como los portátiles. Gracias
