Compared with the “professional” equipment this thing is awesome. Works with no issues, super easy to assemble, it’s sturdy enough, quality is good, looks good and simply just works.

Horrible – the steamer handle does not move up and down – just twists – UNABLE to use – tried to do a facial today and it is impossible – so save your money and purchase a good steamer with a handle that moves up and down to suit/customize with client needs – whomever designed this did NOT know what they were doing â NIGHTMARE , I threw out the box and I just flushed 130.00 down the drain
