major component was completely missing
I was really looking forward to using the facial steamer, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When I opened the box and tried to put it together, I realized certain parts were wrongâone piece was sent twice, and a major component was completely missing. Because of that, I couldnât even assemble it. Itâs clear that the quality control isnât great, which is really frustrating. In the end, I had no choice but to return it.

I received the 1st hair steamer it looked used, so it was returned. I purchased another one and it still looked used, so I tried using the steamer. The steamer would turn off with code E2 and E3. I tried turning it back on and still received the above codes.

It’s easy to assemble and use. It puts out a lot of steam and feels like I’m getting a professional facial at home. My only issue is that it’s so bulky and I don’t have a lot of space in my house.

Good Steamer, But Be Prepared to Do a Little ResearchThe TASALON 2 in 1 Professional Facial Steamer is a solid machine that delivers great results once you get everything figured out. However, I found the instructions to be a bit vague, which can make setup and understanding all the features a little challenging at first. You may need to do some additional research to maximize the benefits of the steamer.One thing I found interesting (and a bit confusing) was the water instructions. Thereâs specific guidance on different types of water to use, and understanding which water is best for the machine or it will not work properly, but I found it was interesting of not using certain waters to get the best outcome for the skin. In addition, Iâm surprised the machine wouldnât work with all types of water for all settings.Once you get past the learning curve, this is a great machine! The hot and cold mist functions work wonderfully, and the ozone feature is a nice touch for deeper cleaning and hydration. Itâs perfect for professional use or even at home if youâre looking to elevate your skincare routine. However, due to its size, it may not be the most convenient to store at home if you have limited space.Overall, this is a high-quality steamer with excellent functionality. Just be prepared to spend some time setting it up and learning how to use it to its full potential. Once you do, itâs a fantastic addition to your skincare regimen!

Incredibly unstable and unsafe for use on clients
The steam output was great, but the instructions were so incredibly limited and unclear that I still havenât figured out how to use the cold steam. It is also very unstable so I had to put it in the basement until I can figure out how to make it safe to use on clients.
