Includes More than What You Would Need For First Aid and Thatâs a Good Thing
This has so many things you would need for First Aid packed in this little bag that itâs crazy how they got it all in there.Scissor, Gauze, Bandages, Blankets, Chest Seals. Just about everything you would need. Once thing Iâve never seen was a bendable metal splint. You can at least try to set a broken arm or other body parts with it. It even has a sling to hold your arm in the splint. There is also a survival knife too.Everything is sealed in plastic of vacuum sealed so it doesnât get wet. It also saves space.I think you can take this with you to a sporting event or leave it in your car. It is compact, lightweight and you can travel well with it. What I love is that you can run to the accident with it. It isnât some huge box and makes running hard when you really need to do that.

Nice first aid kit to have on the road.
I bought this to have in my truck in case of an emergency or accident. Everything in it seems to be of good quality, and a variety of items that will be helpful in an emergency situation. The size of it is just right to fit in the glove box, center console, or under seat storage compartment.

Great just-in-case trauma kit
We already keep basic bandaids, ointments, wraps, alcohol wipes, etc. in an everyday first aid kit, but this is a good addition for our emergency kits and hiking packs. Small overall size makes it easy to fit into bags or strap on the front of them. I donât know how waterproof it would be if submerged, but in a downpour of rain, it should do fine. The American flag patch is removable, if youâre traveling or just donât care to brightly advertise a country. Good value for the peace of mind alone, but youâll never regret having this available if needed. The moldable casts are new to me, and I can think of many times even spraining ankles where I wish Iâd had one. I would add a whistle and some additional absorbent pads.

I cannot recommend this kit enough
I got this for my jeep, just in case. Not long after putting it in there, I was out on an adventure. I came up to a motorcycle accident, 2 riders, hit gravel on the road, and went down. I used this kit to aid the riders while waiting for the ambulance to arrive. I can absolutely say, this kit is packed with things you’d never think you needed, until you needed them. This kit seems small, but it holds a TON of things in it. The case itself is incredibly well made, thick material, strong stitching, even the zipper feels high quality. I cannot recommend getting this kit enough. It was easy to store, easy to use, and full of quality things that come in very useful during an emergency situation. This is something we all hope to never have to use, but are so thankful to have when needed.

everyone should definitely have a first aid kit or two, but maybe not this one
Well-organized and legit for emergencies. The Israeli bandage and chest seal are properly sealed. Molle attachment unfortunately came broken where the two straps fasten into their respective buttons, one of them arrived ripped out of its place where it was supposed to be sewn in. Besides not being able to fully secure it to my Molle area on my pack, just having it brings good peace of mind for backcountry trips. Nothing missing or expired on arrival. It is on the heavier side though. In size itâs about the size of a gallon of milk, maybe a tad smaller just for comparison

Solid first aid kit
This first aid kit comes with a good selection of what you might need for basic emergency first aid. I really like the moldable splint. This is what many EMS units use. There are a variety of bandage/ointment types. It’s packed fairly well, but might be a little bulky for a backpacking trip where space is really premium. The other thing that’s limiting is that it only has one each of the more specialty dressings, which means you can really only treat one of each type of serious injury. This is probably fine for most circumstances, but you will quickly run out of supplies in a multiple patient scenario. But more supplies means more space, so there’s always a trade off. Overall it seems well made and durable, and will hopefully not be necessary anyway!

Well-packed, plenty of gear first-aid kit
I ordered this for a backpacking trip. I have stuff for first-aid already obviously, but it’s so nice having this super organized pack with some additional tools in it! A bit clunky and large, but It fits literally everything you need for potential issues on the trail. Definitely something y’all need to have if you do any sort of hiking or other activity (if’ you’re looking you probably already know this) Its a really nice pack and everything is themed to match. It’s not as if they got generic materials and included them but it feels like they included their own equipment.
