Best Waterproof Eyeliner
This is my favorite waterproof eyeliner and I’ve used this for 5+ years. My eyelids tend to get a little oily at times so a lot of eyeliners end up smudging on my bottom eyelids. Stila never does that for me. Pigment is dark and application is soft and easy. It can flake and rub off after during long wear but I just reapply the line on top and its good to go.

Heck, yeah this is the eyeliner for me! It was recommended to me by a make up artist and itâs the only one I will use now. I purchased the black one, easy to use, easy to slide on, removes very easily when washing your face, which I love that.

4 Stars â Itâs Not the Eyeliner, Itâs My Eyelids
I love this eyeliner. Itâs bold, it stays put, and it makes me feel like I still know what Iâm doing with makeup â even if my face occasionally disagrees.I knocked off one star because itâs not perfectly smooth to apply… but honestly, that might be less about the product and more about the topographical map that is my eyelids these days. Gravity has done some creative things up there.All in all, itâs a fantastic eyeliner. If youâre under 40, it might glide like a dream. If youâre over 50 (plus) like me, just give it a second to dry, lean in close, and call it art. ðï¸ðââï¸Highly recommend â and if it came with a wrinkle-smoothing setting, Iâd give it six stars.

I love this eyeliner! It applies nice and thin and I can make thicker if I want. It lasts all day and doesn’t get smudgy when cleaning it off at the end of the night!

Not tear proof.
It looks great and goes on smooth, I had it on for an hour and a half before I almost choked to death on a hush puppy and had tears running down my face. It is not water proof. For $24, it should have at least lasted through that.

Recommended especially for beginners. Size is very convenient to use and quality is really good. It could be a little thin so you need to use a few times, but thin tip also gives you full control to achieve the shape you want.
