Helped Me With Digestion Big Time!
Iâve been taking these digestive enzymes and notice less bloating and better digestion. Works quickly and makes meals easier on my stomach. Pair it with probiotics, however take probiotic first thing in the morning, then digestive enzymes 1 pill before meal. Highly recommend!

Stellar product that works immediately
Works immediately. I have been dealing with bloat and digestive issues my entire life. My Dr recommended a digestive enzyme and since I already have loved a few other products from this company I ordered these. Everything they make is top tier. Does what it says. Improves my quality of life. As a woman being assaulted daily by perimenopause, I am grateful to this company. Their products, this one especially, just helps keep everything moving and working properly.

Two things make this product better than the rest
I find this to be a superior digestive aid. You can find other products with the same digestive enzymes as this one but this one has two ingredients that you cannot find combined with the other products. The first one is ginger which helps to relax the stomach to calm nausea and assists in releasing cramps. The second is alpha-galactosidase, this is the enzyme included in products formulated to digest things like the skin on beans and peppers and prevent gas. It is the most well-rounded inclusive digestive aid I have taken and I am subscribed to it. Honestly I’d be lost without it. Whenever I have indigestion gas cramping these are the Little wonders that help me to cope.

4/5 Stars because it’s sometimes a little too effective for me… I’m a mid 30s female, 5’6″ 118 pounds and very regular as is, so I can’t take this daily, as it’s almost too much for my system, if ya know what I mean?! 🙂 HOWEVER, my husband who’s same age, 6′ and about 190# takes it daily and feels it’s effectiveness is subtle, consistent, and he says he feels it aids in good digestion and he feels overall better gut health after taking. We were given a bottle for free with a promo and have since purchased more because he likes it so much. We’ve also recommended it to family that struggles with digestion issues and they have also purchased.

Good Digestive Enzymes
As someone who suffers with ulcerative colitis (pancolitis technically) I have to augment my diet regularly with a wide variety of supplements.I take 4 – 5 Visbiome a day (uc specific pro biotic) which, to someone not in my condition would actually be harmful; and I also find it helpful to compliment that with a good prebiotic (or digestive enzyme).I’ve used many prebiotics, some very expensive (which is tough when you have to take it daily, or on occasion… more than once a day).I’ve also taken cheaper versions which (to be honest, read the labels). Not all prebiotics are made the same. I strongly recommend that you research what the ingredients do on their own.For ex. SR includes Bromelain which comes from the core of pineapples, aids in digestion, improves heart health, is a pain reliever etc… I’m glad it’s included.It also has ginger extract. Ginger is also a digestive aid that is an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. It can treat nausea, indigestion and much more.I’d like to see a heavier concentration of these two, but then, it may not be suitable for the average consumer (much like the probiotic I take) so on occasion, I take two before a meal, particularly if / when I cheat on my diet like have a salad. Roughage or green leafy vegetables are difficult to digest, so I’ll take two of these and probably a simethicone.The only drawback is that the capsule is a size double zero which holds approximately 750mg (give or take). It’s a large pill (see pic) but I don’t have difficulty with it. Honestly, I’d rather have to take 2 or 3 size 1’s which are approximately half the size & 450 mg each (give or take) and just take more, but that’s me.There’s no foul smell or taste, the price is competitive and SR is a good company to do business with. I find that they make very nice products up and down their lineup.I recommend you give this a try, when taken properly, it’ll help, if it doesn’t, perhaps you have to supplement your diet with other herbs that aid in digestion like Slippery Elm, Marshmallow Root, Myrhh Gum etc… (Talk with you Dr. first though) or see a holistic Dr! And as I said… You’re on here researching, so continue to do so as it pertains to your health.I hope this helps. ð

Works, check to make sure will not react with daily medication
Supplies the enzymes necessary to digest food, therefore preventing gastric distress.Update on my reviewâ¦Recently found out that this supplement interfered with my daily medication, rendering it useless. Although originally approved by my physician, we were baffled by multiple inconsistencies in testing and after realizing my problems started after starting this supplement, upon d/c supplement, medication now working well.
