Iâm only on day 3 of this probiotic and all I can say is WOW!! My bloating has virtually disappeared by day 3. I used to feel so full after every single meal no matter how much or little I ate. Now I feel light as a feather even after eating heavy. I also feel like my tummy is much flatter and I just feel generally better overall! Canât wait to see where Iâm at after 30 days if I already feel this amazing after just day 3!!! If you are considering this probiotic, donât hesitate to buy it!!

This companyâs products seem to work very well! Donât upset my stomach if I take without food! Definitely helps with my digestion and acid in my stomach. My only concern is the prices! They definitely made their money back by now so could lower the prices a little! Still need the elderberry but I already spent $100 on 3 other vitamins from them! ONLY 30 capsules for the price they should be 60 capsules! Thatâs another issue, most come with 60 capsules but not these and they are not cheap

So far it seems to be working as well as the other well- known probiotics Iâve used, but at only one capsule a day, cost is more affordable. I do keep it in the fridge since thatâs a suggestion, but not a requirement.
