So far this is great
I can honestly say this biotin has worked for me. I had a split mail that nothing would heal and I took this for about three weeks and the nail completely stopped splitting and is now growing normally. Not sure about whether or not it has helped my hair. I use a lot of different things on my hair because of the thinning. However it is starting to grow and thinken up as well.

ððð Great Hair Growth, But Triggered My Hormonal Acne
Iâve been taking the Sports Research® Biotin 10,000mcg for a couple of months, and there are definitely some great things about it. The softgels are easy to take (no weird aftertaste), and I really appreciate that theyâre vegan, non-GMO, and free of gluten and soy. The inclusion of organic coconut oil is a nice touch and likely helps with absorption.That said, while I did notice improvement in the length and overall health of my hair, this supplement unfortunately triggered some acne flare-ups for me. I already deal with hormonal acne, and this seemed to make it worse. Most likely due to the biotin. Itâs a bummer because the product is clearly potent and effective in other ways.If you donât have sensitive or acne-prone skin, this might be a fantastic option. But if youâre like me and have existing hormonal acne, just proceed with caution. For me, it’s a solid 3-star productâgreat benefits, but not without drawbacks.
