Amazing vitamin
I have been taking this vitamin for a month and I noticed a difference within the first couple days. My bowels are regular, bloating is gone, I have more energy, my hunger/cravings have lessened and I actually lost 8 lbs. They taste and smell like a vitamins, not bad at all. I always say you get what you pay for and these are worth the money!

I’ve been taking this product for 2 months and have noticed that I’ve lost 6 pounds and my digestive system is working a lot better. I haven’t made changes in my diet and and haven’t taken up any exercise routine. Hoping for more weight loss during the coming months.

This is worth the purchase. Immediately suppresses your appetite, reduces bloating, and improves gut health. I have never had issues with my weight. I was 126 when I hit perimenopause. Over a four month period my weight jumped to 165. I have worked my butt over losing the weight in my own. I amNow back to 135. But these last 10 pounds do not want to move. Meno belly is a nightmare. I have only been taking this product for a month. No weight loss yet but the other benefits will keep me using this product. Iâm determined to get back to my normal weight. The biggest blessing from this pill is the joint pain relief. I was in pain in my knees, froze shoulder pain, and collarbone discomfort. 24 hours after taking this pill the pain was gone and has not returned. For that reason I wonât stop taking this because I canât live in pain. Itâs worth the purchase ladies!

Cravings do STOP!!
I only gave 3 stars because I don’t feel I have been using them long enough – I want to wait until the end of the month and see how it has affected my weight – so far I haven’t lost any major weight – I will say this, it does take away snack cravings and I have a sweet tooth and this product seems to curb the sweet cravings – the pills are easy to swallow – and I do seem to have a bit more energy so the vitamins must be helping my body too – like I said, I will come back with an update after one full month of using this product.

Just didnât work for me and I got a refund through the seller Envitamin
Before I got this product I was using a cheaper probiotic from Walmart which served me well as I used to stay constipated and it kept things flowing for me. I decided to try this one since it was supposed to be really great with more bacteria strains etc. and help with losing some weight. I used it for a week and got so constipated! I stopped using it and went back to my former probiotic but my stomach is still really messed up. Also, this product is not eligible for refund or return through Amazon. I did reach out to Envitamin, the seller, who promptly refunded the full amount. They were very nice, fast, and helpful.

Better Movement
I have IBS that does not respond to a host of medications the doctors have prescribed. This helps me have regular bowel movements with less pain. The downside is that I have experienced more gas. Other all effective, best option for me.

Disrupted Sleep
The product did curb my appetite but probably because it contains significant stimulants (the âgives you energyâ part of product claim is true). Do not use if you are very sensitive to caffeineTaking one capsule at 6am would cause me difficulties falling asleep later (up til 1am+) and difficulty staying asleep (up many times, ultimately waking early and exhausted).Actually took me a while to identify cause of the sleep issue. After isolation diet, it was VERY clear this was the cause. Tried again a month later and exact same response.
