Really Good Combination of Ingredients
This is a really good combination for a restful sleep. I am a night owl, and I always have trouble getting to sleep on time. This supplement helps a lot and has become part of my nightly ritual when I’m having trouble sleeping. I take it an hour or so before bedtime and it works for me. I like that these have very limited inactive ingredients (just the cellulose pill casing, really), so I’m not getting anything I don’t need. I have found these to be particularly helpful in the case of international travel and having to adjust to a different time zone. It’s also convenient to have these ingredients as a single capsule instead of having two bring two or three supplements to support sleep and calm.

good mix of sleep herbs & spices
I am a believer in some supplements but to each their own research.This here is some sleep support with 9 popular herbs & spices. All the classics such as Ashwagandha Magnesium, L-Theanine, Valerian, Chamomile and the classic sleep all-star Melatonin of course.Brands are important to me when it comes to supplements so I can believe the quality of the ingredients they represent. In this case I perused the listings of Nurafuse and they seem fairly new with limited product line and reviews so far but this product appears to be a thoughtful legit attempt.At current price of ~$17 for 150 caps (1 per day), the price is pretty good here to offset the lessor known vendor. 4-STARS by me in consideration of price/value/choices.

Game Changer!
A must have for the “mature woman”! After taking these supplements for two weeks I can honestly say that my sleep is SO MUCH better. Where I used to wake up several times a night due to hot flashes, Most nights I wake up just once to use the restroom and sleep through the night. As far as my energy level, I can also see a difference. I’m not dragging in the morning and not napping after dinner.

Their claims both here and on their website look great. But after trying to verify their claims, I’m afraid of their products.

Works great!
This sleep support capsule has done a fine job for me. I take 1 capsule about an hour before I want to go to sleep, as soon as I feel drowsy, I head to bed and am out quickly. My sleep is usually at least 7 hours uninterrupted, and I wake with a clear head. Overall, I am very satisfied with this sleep support and will recommend.

I was prompted to give this sleep supplement a try, as I have utilized many products made to induce sleep and consider myself knowledgeable on what seems to work and what doesn’t.While I was sold on the stellar ingredients within “Sleep Support”, as they are known for their relaxation, sleep support and anti-anxiety relief, once I actually had the product in hand, I have some hesitation in moving forward to try it.While the distributor of this supplement is located within the USA (and the Amazon product page along with the Nurafuse website boasts of it being Made in the USA), there is no mention of it on the bottle. Now, I am savvy enough to know the importance of where a product is made, particularly one that needs to be ingested. Additionally; what better advertisement is there, than for a company to proudly declare that their product is Made in America? This all reeks a bit of devisiveness to me and quite frankly, I am unsure if I am willing to try this product at all. Do your research and you will find a roster of sleep supplements that are Made in USA and thus, are closely governed by FDA standards. You might need to pay a little bit more, but knowing that your supplement is safe to ingest might help you to sleep a little better, prior to even taking a pill to do so.

I was having some trouble with getting enough rest for a number of reasons. I noticed this product and read what ingredients it had and thought I will give this a try. It is loaded with some really good stuff and it doesn’t leave you feeling like you’re hungover in the morning like some stuff does. I actually woke up feeling rested. Sleep is a major part of everyday life and very important for regeneration at many levels. This mixture is just about right. You slowly and gently fall off and wake up feeling like you slept, and you are ready for another day. At least it me feel that way. 5 stars.

Each one of these ingredients in this formula have a reputation of being possibly useful for improving our sleep, which has been an increasingly problem for me as I approach being a senior. Many of my older friends have a similar problem as they are aging as well. Just another thing to anticipate as we grow older!I’ve been taking 3mg of melatonin which has been useful but hasn’t completely resolved the sleeplessness. This formula has 5mg of melatonin, and in combination of the other ingredients, I actually slept all night – woke up once as usual for a bathroom break, but went right back to sleep. This is a good sign!No side effects that I can see so far. My stomach is fine, I’m not groggy in the morning, no brain fog.This includes Valerian and Chamomile which I haven’t found in most other sleep combinations – perhaps that’s why my sleep was so deep? And I had no weird dreams or nightmares as has happened with some other supplements. This is a good sign. :-)One final note: With 150 capsules in the bottle, the cost factor seems reasonable to me. They list the cost of each capsule as 11 cents, a fair price for a good night’s sleep.Please let us know if this product is 3rd Party Lab Tested – I found no reference on this Amazon listing or on their web page. This will ensure the purity and lack of heavy metals & contaminants, and tell us that the quantities listed on the label are correct.
