Not For Me
I was really intrigued by the collection of ingredients that would support deep sleep this product provides. Also, I love black licorice, so bonus for me! However… it doesn’t taste like licorice, maybe faintly, but tastes more burnt and gross. Eating three very large gummies for the dose is… rough. They chew okay and don’t stick to your teeth, but the taste does linger and makes them difficult to consume. Despite the great ingredient choices, I didn’t find particularly impressive results. The main thing I noticed was an extreme reduction in my nightly breathing rate, per my Fitbit, which was surprising. This didn’t happen every time I took it, but often enough to make the link. I’m not sure if I’ll finish the jar or not.

High quality natural ingredients gummies that work!
It is the first time that I needed some help with sleep in my life. Iâve been struggling with falling and staying asleep and wasnât sure if this product was going to be able to help me. I was super pleased to see that after just a few nights things started to change and I was not struggling anymore. I have felt more energized and less stressed.The gummies seem to be high quality with natural ingredients and I like the fact that they do not have melatonin as I do not want to create a habit but use them more when needed in higher stress seasons, etc. So far I am a very happy and pleased customer with this product.

Very strong flavor, not good
i typically take melatonin at night to help me sleep. i’ve heard it’s not good to take melatonin all the time, so i was looking forward to trying these melatonin-free gummies. i didn’t notice that the flavor was supposed to be licorice and if i had, i would not have gotten them. i do not like black licorice. However, they do not take like licorice at all.The flavor is very strong, not horrible but also not very good. It’s almost like a fruity cola flavor. i think the strong flavor is the Valerian. It has a pretty big aftertaste.i do seem to sleep well after taking these. i do really like that they are made with natural extracts and vitamins. i also like that they are vegan. It’s recommended that you take 3 gummies daily, so even though it contains 60 gummies it’s less than a months worth. So the value is not the best. The gummies are sticky and clumping in the container.Overall, i don’t think i would purchase these again. i really do not like the way they taste and they are priced much higher than similar products.

Smelled like chemicals and tasted terrible
When I opened the package there was a very strong chemical smell (like bleach) and the gummies looked very homeade. When I took a bite, it smelled and tasted like bleach so I spit it out. I do not recommend this item. It does not taste good and it smells like chemicals. I threw the package away.

No lingering sleep hangover!
I’ve been experimenting with different night time supplements and so far this product seems to have the least impact on my following morning. That’s a GOOD thing. I seem to be very susceptible to lingering effects of melatonin so was immediately intrigued by this products use of other ingredients.Valerian can give some weird dreams- I dream a lot anyways so that was not a really noticeable side effect for me. The looks of the gummies are… BLACK! Weirdly striking for some reason but they are definitely not a licorice flavor. The taste is somewhat tart with a bit of bitter valerian after bite- not bad just present. I take mine about an hour before bed and then I tend to read for 30 minutes or so.I seem to be sleeping fairly solid and have found that my grogginess usually present after taking melatonin is not present with this product. For that reason alone I give it four stars!If sleep is elusive for you or you just have an occasional amped up night and need some chill support give this item a shot. I find it worth having on hand!

An amazing product
This is truly an amazing product.I am not a big fan of taking supplements or stuff, but got desperate after a few nights w/o a good night sleep about a year ago. My wife convinced me to try a few options from renowned companies, some worked worse than others, but the next day I always felt like crap. I have been fighting with this for a long time already. The situation got worse. I wanted something natural, but couldnât find any.I tried Zerenne for the past 2 weeks, and Iâve been sleeping like a teenager and waking up normal, no reactions and no zombie feeling before my morning coffee. Now I Remember What Sleeping Like a Kid Felt Like
I was feeling guilty about relying on things like Acetaminophen PM or 10 MG melatonin to fall asleep. They helped, but they didnât address the underlying causeâstress/anxiety âand they werenât exactly healthy.Then I found these gummies, and wow. About 20-30 minutes after taking them, I feel deliciously tired, like a kid who spent the whole day at the beach.Sure, theyâre definitely not tasty (I just sip some water after chewing), but who cares? The taste goes away fastâand sleeping like a baby is so worth it!Theyâve truly changed my nighttime routine. The relaxation they bring me is so worth the price and the taste.
