Quick results, easy to follow instructions, seems accurate
Each of the 15 included test strips come in a foil pouch with a dessication packet as ANY moisture will ruin these test strips. the q-tips are also individually packaged in plastic with one end rounded like a regular q-tip and the other slightly pointed. I didn’t read any reason given for the differences in the ends and only one is needed to perform a ph test. The strips seems very sensitive and give you a nearly immediate reading that can be matched against an included color reading key. The key includes normal and abnormal ranges and there is an included information grid breaking down possible conditions with likely ph ranges and symptoms. As with everything, a person is advised to confirm results with their doctor. There is an expiration date, but it seems these are so well sealed and packaged, that they likely would give accurate results for a very long time. As a woman, this is convenient and a good way to keep track of changes in my body so I can act proactively to manage any conditions that pop up. It can take a while to get in to see your doctor, so while not a substitute for medical care, this tool helps me make informed decisions to seek treatment and to care for my body. I appreciate having access to something like these test kits.

Be careful when opening these!
Well, neither I or my wife have a yeast infection so I can’t attest to if these will show correctly, but when we took one it showed as “normal”. They include cotton swabs for sample collection and they have detailed instructions on how to use them included. Be careful opening the packets though! They are hard to open and I accidentally ripped through a desiccant pouch that I didn’t even know was there

Easy to use & good to keep on hand
This is one of those things thatâs just smart to have around as a woman.
