Easy to use and beautiful color!
I did my research on box hair color brands and this is the BEST! My color was Ruby Red and I followed the directions and my hair came out great! No mess, rinsed out easily and the conditioner was wonderful! I usually go to the salon but never again!

TOTAL COVERAGE!
The color is beautiful! The pics do not do it justice.Easy to mix and use. I left it on for mins for all over color. (Use rubbing alcohol if you get it on your skin)One bottle coved all my hair, and it’s to the middle of my back. It dries a bit while processing. It took a good 15 minutes of rinsing to remove the color, and it still didn’t run completely clear, slight orange still rinses out. (But red color always does that on me)No chemical smell at all, it doesn’t sting or irritate my scalp. The after color conditioner is amazing. I used the entire tube and let sit for 5 minutes. My hair shined, and smelled so good!!! I have a perm, the color didn’t damage my hair. MOST IMPORTANTLY IT COVERS GRAY HAIR 100%!!!! This is the ONLY color I’ve used that actually works!! I just used it, so I can’t speak to how long it stays bright and shiny.This is my new hair color. It works and it works GREAT!!The color choices are awesome, their not all the dull boring colors…UPDATESo itâs been 5 weeks since I colored my hair. The color still looks vibrant and shiny. My grays are growing back in, so Iâm going to use just on my roots this time.Still happy with this product. I wonât use anything but this brand.

I loved it. Itâs black with a hint of purple in the light. I wanted a color that was subtle. Itâs very pretty. It didnât damage my hair. My hair looks healthy and feels soft.

So….I thought that this would work, as it’s darker than the brown that my hair was previously colored. I have strong gray regrowth as well, and it was a few inches long, as I was waiting between colorings to let my hair detox a bit. My hair is in great condition, thick, about shoulder length. There was enough in the bottle that I had about a quarter left over. I’d recommend two bottles for longer hair. My hair brushes the tops of my shoulders and doesn’t go past.My hair was brown, and I had two bleached ‘chunks’ in the front, one on the top layers of my hair, one as peekaboo under the top layer. They were pretty wide. I was going for a two-tone, but one that I could wear to the office. This color is a pretty brown, smoky purple on the bleached areas. Otherwise, there’s only a faint sheen/no deposit at all on my brown hair.As far as gray coverage? I did the full thirty minutes and started on my roots, so that color was on my roots for a bit longer than the length. And I can’t say that it covered my grays well enough that I’d use this color again. I might, just to see if it does better next time or has better coverage on the older gray strands as it layers, but I’m not sure. My ‘grays’ are light silver and this couldn’t entirely cover them. There’s obvious less deposit on the silver strands verses the browns. The good news is that because I have more gray than brown coming in, the coverage looks pretty uniform. It’s just not what I wanted.On my roots, it’s a nice, smoky brown, with some lighter streaks where the gray is. On my bleached areas, it’s the box color and looks really pretty. Over the existing brown dye, there’s pretty much nothing that’s changed. So, if you’ve colored your hair darker, do a prebleach. You don’t need to do a harsh one or to do it for long. Just lift your hair to a lighter brown/darker copper, and this should work fine on it. Don’t forget to wait a couple of days between bleaching and dying and to moisturize the crap out of your hair. I recommend Perfect Hair Day for colored hair. It’s extremely nourishing and worth the price to have silky soft hair after bleaching.

Nice and glossy and shiny!
Great results hair is glossy and shiny. No more gray and covered. Be sure to protect skin around hairline because it stains. Also redish hair colors stain when wet. Be careful and when using hair color in order to completely remove stains use hand sanitizer as quickly as you can the longer it stays the longer it stains. Hope this helps! ð

My Favorite Red
For years, I’ve been getting Schwarzkopf 5.29 auto-shipped every six weeks. It’s the prettiest red I’ve ever found in a box. And unlike all the reds that I’ve tried at hair salons, this one doesn’t fade away completely in a couple of weeks. The color does fade slightly, but it stays vivid until the roots grow out – even as long as two months – before I have to reapply it.

I love this brand and especially this color, black cherry, it’s extremely hard to find in stores so I’m happy to have found it on Amazon, so I stocked up a bit. This hair color is easy to apply and no real overwhelming smell, it does a decent Job covering my grey areas but could by better. Great product

Unfortunately for me, this is not the product. I colored my hair with this (usually I am L’oreal Feria R48). This color gave me the hottest orange hot roots I have ever seen. I had to re-color it with my usual because it was so very terrible. Lesson learned, and I will stick with the product I know won’t turn my roots as orange as the star I just gave. It may work really well for other people, I am just not one of them.

Dying my hair with this was so messy but the result is worth it! I have really long hair so i bought two bottles but I only needed 1 1/2. The color is really cool, looks black in a darker environment and then when theres light its a lovely purple red shade (black cherry). Compared to another red ive had before, this one comes out very little in the shower. Also i was surprised at how it didnt damage my hair, usually after dye it will be so fragile and dry, its not the case so far! They should include gloves in the packaging
