Sleeping better, feeling better
This isnât the first time Iâve used this product, and I came back to it mainly for prostate support. I was waking up a few times a night to use the bathroom, and honestly, it was getting old fast. After about 2â3 weeks, I started sleeping through the night more often, which was a huge relief.The capsules are easy to take, thereâs no weird aftertaste, and I like that theyâre vegan and non-GMO. I havenât noticed much change in my hair yet, but that wasnât my main reason for trying it. For the price and how long the bottle lasts, itâs a great value.

Helped to take and helped to stop
Let me write my 100 days report of taking saw palmetto. I bought this product to help me pee a little easily. My pee flow was not great nor very good. I watching Dr. Rachaelâ video about the benefits of Saw Palmetto and I ordered this product from Amazon. I started taking one pill a day and on the second day I noticed improvement. I got better pee flow and within the I week I realized that it stopped falling hair in shower too. The third benefit I noticed was very strong errection. I never had errectile dysfunction in my life but this product doubled my power in bed. I was very happy with the results I achieved but after taking this for a month I noticed the downside also. The downside was delayed ejaculation during sex. I was still not very disappointed but after a few days delayed ejaculation turned into a concern because after 30 -35 minutes I wanted to ejaculate but I could do nothing and sometimes even my semen used to go back and not coming out. It happened only two times in three months. Anyway, I took all 100 capsules and already ordered the second bottle. The story changed right after starting the second bottle. Now, I got errectile dysfunction and most of the times, I was unable to have good sex. I decided to skip sex for a week or more but it didnât work. This time, I was really nervous and didnât know how to fix this problem. One night I was thinking to find the solution and I thought what will happen if I stop taking these capsules? After thinking a lot, I just stopped taking it. On third day after stopping the Saw Palmetto, I regained my sex power and normal errections. Pee flow was even better than before. I stopped taking these about 20 days ago and every thing works perfectly. I donât take them anymore but I still have the bottle almost full in the shelf. As a result, I would say this product helped a lot when I started and helped me a lot when stopped it. I will write another review may be in two months to share the final results of not taking the pills.

As a male in my late 50’s, I really like this product. I find no bad side effects and it seems to help avoid bathroom trips at night, or at least reduce to one trip. I took SP before, then stopped. I swear I felt a change after I stopped for months, so now I am back on it with subscription. And I don’t subscribe to anything. But for this one, I figured why not, can cancel anytime. It’s convenient.Saw Palmetto may even help with sexual “health”. Can’t say for sure, but all is good there so it may be supporting this area ð

Update: 6-15-25I have now been using this for about 7 weeks. In my own experience and opinion it is a true game changer. As my 1st review stated I was getting up 3 or 4 times a night and never quite feeling completely relieved. I am now sleeping every night with at most 1 bathroom call and completely emptying my bladder. I am even sleeping all night through at least half the time. I am thrilled with the results I have received from this product. I am sleeping 7 to 8 hours a night when I was used to sleeping 5 – 6 hours. Once again, if you find yourself in a similar position as I was in, I strongly recommend you try this product and I hope you get the same results as I. Thank you Saw Palmetto!!!I do not write a lot of reviews but decided I should write one for this product. First I am a 64 year old male in good health but with age things sometimes change. I was not sleeping well at night going to the bathroom 3 or 4 times. Did my research and decided to try this product. I took as directed and noticed results in several days. Itâs now been almost 3 weeks and I am waking up 1 to 2 times per night (mostly 1 time). The frequent need to go, the strong stream and the ability to empty my bladder has greatly improved. Mind over matter? I donât believe so. Better sleep and less urgency to go to the bathroom at night is greatly appreciated. It has only been 3 weeks but the results speak for themselve. Not working
Iâve been taking these for three weeks no change getting up at night to use the restroom, Iâm thinking it may take longer, but I think they should work in three weeks. Iâm thinking surgery is the only way to stop going at night.

It Worked!
I have tried numerous prostate products all claiming to reduce nighttime bathroom trips, help with empty the bladder and increased flow. Some minimally worked, most did not. Iâve used Saw Palmetto in the past but with no luck, but I never tried this particular formulation by this company. Received in late afternoon a few days ago and took one capsule after dinner. Went to bed around 10:30 PM. Woke at my usual 5:30 AM and did not need to get up once throughout the night. Thinking this was an anomaly, I continued to take the recommended two capsules a day and I have yet to use the bathroom during the night.This product is amazing. If this continues, this company will have as a customer for life. As a disclaimer, this is how the product worked for me, you may not get the same results.
