I’ve been troubled of late with awakening at night to roll over only to be hit with severe leg cramps. I tried this on recommendations and it seems to be helping. I now get a better chance of getting a decent nights sleep for me which is still only 6 or so hours. Four stars for now as i’ve only used it for 10 days.

Very effective for cramps!
Very effective at suppressing leg and foot cramps. Effective within 5-7 minutes after taking. I take 2 every night at bedtime, then take another one later on if some cramps should come up.

What a grate produce!
Only used one night since only received yesterday however there was a physical effect noticed that was so very obvious it was hard for me to believe. There was a very suttle soothing from the pill after about 15 minutes from taking. For the first night in about three months there was no cramp and a very good sleep for the whole night.
