Customers say
Customers find the salicylic acid serum effective, particularly for acne and blemishes, and appreciate its skin-smoothing properties, noting it feels soft and is gentle enough for sensitive skin. The burn rate receives mixed feedback – while some say it doesn’t burn or tingle, others report discomfort. The strength and value for money also get mixed reviews, with some finding it good and strong while others say it’s not strong at all and consider it a waste of money. The salicylic acid content is a concern, with several customers noting it’s not 20% as advertised.

This stuff works.
Noticed some peeling after 2 nights use (1x per day, at night time only) and now on day 4 of usage. Skin already appearing âbrighterâ and smoother. Iâve had these results with other products that contain 2% after 10 days use, so this is very appealing to me. It dries nicely with no greasy or oily feeling and so far, I have not noticed any burning sensation. I have not noticed any transfer to my pillow case, other products have stained them in the past.Iâm 65, very pale, combination skin, hEDS and have very few wrinkles. I use a moisturizer with an SPF 50 ( https://a.co/d/fcr8Uzm ) during the day rather than the typical sunscreen because most sunscreenâs fumes burn my eyes and it seems to work nicely with this product, I have not gotten any sun sensitivity with the combo. All in all, I am very satisfied.

Works like magically sorcery or something
Now let me first start off by saying- this stuff is a gift from the heavens. Better than tea tree oil or whatever else Iâve used to help with blemishes. But letâs go more into detail:Before purchasing this, you really wanna make sure you have some type of witch hazel or something like that , to help with the burn and redness. Because this stuff does BURN- a lot. Fortunately though: your skin will get used to the burning sensation after a few times of using this.Secondly- the first time you use this on the problem area, leave it on for like 20 seconds. Yes itâs gonna burn. Yes, the initial reaction will scare you- but the redness, irritation, and puffiness will subside after a few hours. Not gonna lie when I first used this stuff on this stupid bug bite I had, the way it made my skin look- terrified me lol. But the results were something out of a book of sorcery or something because⦠just trust the process. Now the effects-For the first few hours, the problem area, bite, acne, etc- will look super inflamed and red. But I would say after maybe 6-8, whatever bump, bug bite or pimple you had, will literally shrivel up. Iâd recommend applying this a few times throughout the day, if you really want it your bump to wilt away- and die. Also, PLEASE get some type of neutralizer like witch hazel or whatever, to help with the redness. Also, after about 20-30 seconds- wash with COLD water. Youâll thank me later. If you do this, When you wake up in the morning, itâll pretty much be either- gone, or close to it. Iâve never seen anything like it in my life. Now the after effects-You may have some âscarringâ. This scared me at first, as the bump was gone, but the area around it- darkened. Good news is- it literally peels away after like a day, and pretty brand new skin appears, feeling nice and smooth. This stuff is magical, revolutionary, brilliant! Please buy this- now

Salicylic Acid 20% Solution: Excellent for purposes plus!
Desperate times, desperate measures. I initially purchases this to use once a week on my face and behind my ears (have you ever watched dermatology videos on YT? Salicylic acid is often recommended to help prevent blackheads.) I suffer from a couple of random patches of a type of psoriasis; thankfully not on my face, sometimes the healing time is forever, but I diligently use my topical meds. At a certain point, only time helps. So a few weeks ago I started applying the salicylic acid to a particular stubborn spot. IT IS GOING AWAY! Cannot recommend it medically you know, but this was an awesome experience for me. My face? Treating once a week with this product – far less expensive than big name brands – has resulted in fewer blackheads and smaller pores! Huge win for me!

When I had put the serum on my nose, a blackhead came right out.
It’s a potent serum that gets straight to the point.Pros:-Gave me smooth skin-Cleared out many of my blackheads-Popped pimples for me-Gave me smaller pores-Affordable-Made in the USACons:-Burns like crazy-Can dry out your skin and make it peel-Did not magically erase all the bumps on my faceTips:-Use several times throughout the week depending on your skincare needs. I used it twice back to back at night.-Have a moisturizer ready for your face after treatment-Protect your hands; it caused peeling on mine-Prepare for the burning sensation with a fan or have water nearbyNote: I did not wash this treatment off my face. I left it on all night and did not mix it with other products.

Works great
Bought multiple times. Works well with acne. I wish there will be bigger sizes of the product. Recommend.

Ok
This product is good if you can use the micro needling to put in your skin. Otherwise just rubbing it in does not do much.

Hot stuff. Very concentrated
This is serious stuff. I wouldnât recommend to use this without mixing it with an inert agent. A tiny tinie bit with cream. But i used it remove a raised freckle. It stings. Be careful. But if thatâs what you want and you are careful this is the one for you. And cheap when you consider how little you will actually use.

Watery & Ineffective
It just doesnât seem like the real deal to me. The product is watery⦠almost like it is mostly watery. It has no effect on my skin either. It doesnât burn, sting or smell. Not sure if itâs supposed to be like this, but Iâve used other products that truly are salicylic acid. I feel like Iâm just using a dropper to put water on the areas of my skin that I was looking forward to improving. No effect whatsoever⦠disappointed.
