This cream has been an absolute lifesaver for my skin! I originally bought it hoping to get my dandruff under controlâand not only did it do that, but it ended up helping with so much more.Iâve struggled for years with dry, flaky patches on my scalp due to seborrheic dermatitis, and within just a few days of using this cream, I noticed a significant reduction in the flakes and the itching. Itâs gentle enough to use regularly, and unlike a lot of medicated products, it doesnât have a strong smell or greasy texture. It absorbs nicely and doesnât irritate my scalp at all.But where this product really impressed me was with my eczema and psoriasis flare-ups. Works Wonders!!
So Iâve been using this for a few days now and I have to say itâs amazing. Itâs working really well. It has cut down my itching from 100% to about 10%. But I think as I use it more, it might cut it down to zero. All the flakes are gone, and my little spots are almost gone. In the beginning, I will say it burns really bad because it has that cooling in there. But I noticed as my symptoms started to subside, the burning became less intense. I have been using it two sometimes three times a day. All in all I highly recommend!

BALD SPOTS!!! Hair Fell Out & Broke Off!!! Sores on scalp!!
Update 10/15/23 1.5 months later : my hair is continuing to FALL OUT!!! I have HUGE BALD SPOTS on the top of my head, right up front, for me all the all the world to see! This heartbreaking!! As a woman, our hair is our femininity; without makeup, our hair adds to how we feel about ourselves. Meaning, makeup sure helps many of us feel good about our appearance; but itâs not a daily necessity- it enhances and isnât a âmust.â But our HAIR is not something weâre able to slap some makeup on and feel better. Our hair is vital to our self esteem and to have used this product only a handful of times and for it to continue to cause major hair loss months later is beyond infuriating!!!! It just doesnât stop! After every shower I notice more and more hair loss and growing bald spots!!! I read that some folks actually diligently tested its ingredients and it contains steroids. Well, steroids applied directly to the scalp can and did cause my continuing hair loss!! I am LIVID!! And so regretful for having used this. My thick, healthy and shiny long blonde hair continues to fall out, leaving bald spots front and center. Itâs just heartbreaking. Please yâall, DO NOT USE THIS ON OR NEAR YOUR SCALP like I did after seeing all the good reviews of those who used it directly on their scalp!!!I am so upset as I write this because my hair is falling out in huge clumps after applying all of 4-5x!!! Iâve washed it twice since applying it now and each time my hair falls out in clumps!! Then when brushing after washing my brush is so full of hair I have to clean it!! Today, second wash, after drying I see tiny clumps of hair sticking straight up!! It broke off my beautiful long hair!!! Luckily my hair is very long and thick but I am PISSED!!!! Also it didnât help one bit, it exacerbated my dermatitis!! Now I have huge scaly patches. Those are turning into sores!!!

Works, Vicks like Smell Strength
Works great. My husband gets rashes on his face after shaving. This calms down the redness and causes it to clear quickly. Only down side is that the scent is so strong it almost makes your eyes water, think of old school vics on your face.

Good ointment for dry-itchy scalp. Doesn’t leave oil residue on hair
I have psoraisis on my scalp and I’ve had this annoying itch most of the day. I’ve also had a very dry scalp which is very embarrasing. I saw this advertised on TikTok and wasn’t sure it would be any different than some of the other things I’ve used. I am really liking this product. It does “burn” when I use it but it feels really good and seems to relieve the dryness. It doesn’t leave my scalp oily and I can use it daily if I have itchy areas. I also have started using Selsun blue medicated and the combination of the two seems to work.I have suffered for years with very dry scalp/dry areas behind ears and nothing I have tried has really worked. I think that this product provides relief and the areas where my scalp was very flaky seem to be much better. I also do a scalp oil treatment and the combination of these seems to work.

I use it on my face and beard, starting using 2 days ago and wow no new flakes in my beard or around my nose and eye brows great product and love the cooling sensation.

So I’ll give 3 stars definitely keeps the scalp cool. Wished it stopped the itching… Disappointed as from the time of purchase supplier kept enquiring multiple times on whether the product worked…. but sadly no!
