It works!!!!!
Wow!!! I did a lot of research into what supplements I wanted to try for my thinning hair. This was the one I tried first since it was part of a system and I’m not naive enough to think that just one pill will fix my problems. My dermatologist seems to think I am though because that’s exactly what she did, give me a prescription for a medication and sent me on my way without figuring out the root of the problem (which I believe to be PCOS). I got the shampoo, conditioner and serum to go along with these supplements and I’m SO HAPPY that I went with this system because it is working!!! Within days I saw less hair coming out in the shower and when brushing my hair. I also know it’s working because for about a week I forgot to take it and I started seeing more hair loss in the shower. I saw my stylist about a week after starting this and told her it was working. I saw her again last week, about 5 weeks after starting this and she cannot believe my regrowth, all over my head, including along the edges where it had previously receded.For reference, I have very fine hair but have always had a lot of it. My hair loss started about two years ago with gobs coming out in the shower and when brushing. It was falling out with the root ball attached. However, my hair was regrowing on its own but was falling out at such a fast rate that it didn’t matter that it was growing back. Even new growth would fall out a couple months after regrowing.I did take pictures when I started the regimen and will post pictures in a few months when the progress is more noticable than quarter inch hair.Btw, the shampoo and conditioner is also amazing. It really cleans my hair, give me volume and doesn’t weigh my hair down. I strongly urge you to use the whole system. I use the serum twice a week. I have already reordered the supplements and will keep doing it because it is totally worth value for the results that I am seeing. It is easy to use, I take them with a meal as suggested.

Fixed my hair!
For about a year, my hair has been brittle and breaking a lot. My hair was coming out in clumps in the shower and in my comb. I was concerned enough to go to my endocrinologist but he blew me off and said it was natural. I mean, come on. I think I know my body? I know some hair loss is normal and that your hair can go through phases of shedding and growth but what I had didn’t feel natural. It really felt like something was going on where I was losing too much hair.So then I went to my dermatologist and asked him what he thought. He does a lot of hair stuff for other people, so I knew I was asking the right person. Nothing super help. Try women’s minoxidil. Tried that. It didn’t help. Eat more protein. Do that already.My hair used to be super thick and shiny. It was heavy and thick and my pony tail felt like a rope. But for the past year, it was starting to look dull and brassy and thin. Itâs very stressful losing so much hair in such a short time. You feel like you are losing your identity. I would look at my photo on my license and wish I still had that hair.So I started experimenting myself. I tried a bunch of supplements before this, mostly vegamour and nutrafol. They didn’t seem to help me. I’m not sure why.It was actually my sister that recommended Routine Wellness to me. She was using their shampoo and conditioner and really liked it. I have never missed a day since then of taking two pills of this. I take these with my blood pressure medication at the same time. There aren’t any side effects or issues with my meds.Within a week, I felt like I could tell a noticeable difference in my hair texture. My hair was thicker and had more volume. I could tell this clearly. The root was standing up. Even if my hair was oily, it wasn’t flat. It had volume and body that had been missing for some time. My bald spots were still there, but my hair felt better.By the end of the first month, after the first bottle was gone, I was hooked. I could see a lot of new baby hairs growing on my hair line. The hair I had felt thicker. Bald spots were becoming less noticeable. There was less hair in my shower. Like it was so clear.I just crossed the six month mark. I feel like I’m my old self again. I recognize the girl on my license. My hair is thick again. My bald spots are barely noticeable anymore. My baby hairs have grown in and are long now. I am very happy with this product. My hair was falling out every time I washed it and shedding all day long for at least 3 months before I started using the Routine wellness and shampoo/conditioner.My hair no longer sheds and when I wash it, very little hair comes out. My hair is beginning to grow back in areas that previously lost hair. It’s worth the money to have my confidence back.Just remember, it doesn’t work overnight. It took at least 4 weeks before the falling out and shedding lessened.

Someone wrote that the bottle they received wasnât sealed. I was concerned about that, but my bottle did come sealed. (Attached a picture) Itâs only been the first week and so far, no issues. Will at least buy for another 2 months, before I can honestly say if it works or not.

It absolutely works–very well! but I just broke out (out of nowhere)
I decided to buy this because I filtered the reviews and couldn’t find anything about people breaking out or acne.My skin has been very clear for the past 4 months. I know biotin has made me break out in the past, but didn’t see any reviews here mentioning skin issues (someone even says their skin improved). in my case, I broke out. I can tell it’s from this supplement and not from hormones because my skin is broken out unusual areas (the middle of my cheek or temple).This is like when I was using Tretinoin.Bummer. My hair has been GROWING! Shedding less, if at all. I’m no longer balling up hair after shampooing. This is in TWO weeks!!! Which is amazing.I know 2 weeks isn’t long to assess, but I really do feel my hunch is right. Non-returnable, but I’ll call customer service.

I take two everyday. I only started them last week so i can’t say as of yet how they are doing. Hopefully they will help thicken my hair. My hair has got really thin when I brush it. A handful comes out. I have noticed that that I’m not losing hair like I was.
