The item was intact; no spills or shipping issues. I am rating it 4 stars because it doesnât have a good hold for type 4 hair.Side note- Iâm a woman and I bought this knowing it is for men. I didnât take off any stars for that because I fully knew this. There were reviews about women using it so I thought I would try.This item has a very strong masculine smell and itâs not for me. Iâm returning it.
